Maison de vacances ,construite en 1977. Bien entretenue. Elle offre un joli jardin avec une vue dégagée sur le village de Belmont sur Rance en contre bas. Elle est exposée Sud Est. La maison peut recevoir jusqu'à 5 personnes aisément. J'ouvre les chambres en fonction du nombre de voyageurs. Les chambres se trouvent à l'étage. La cuisine, wc, salle de bain, salon et séjour en rez de jardin. Il y à 2 terrasses couvertes, dont une avec barbecue et tout les meubles de jardin nécessaire.
