Canalizu L'Abeya Village House

House rehabilitated in Sotres in 2010. It has two double bedrooms (one double and one twin), a fully equipped bathroom, a living room-kitchen, a fireplace (firewood is not included, but it is provided at an extra cost), heating, and a terrace that allows you to enjoy the Picos de Europa. In 2021 we improved our house with an outdoor porch. In 2022 we installed new windows and in 2023 we installed a new oven and ceramic hob in the kitchen. SmartTV in the living room and free WiFi throughout the house.

It is attic on the first floor, where the living room, kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom (1.35 m) are located, with the double bedroom on the ground floor next to the entrance hall and garden. It's a closed urbanization, very quiet and familiar. It has parking and communal pool open in summer, with extraordinary views from there. You are next to the beach and the village and you can forget about the car if you want. G-101612

Beautiful one level house next to a forest of oaks and laurels to be enjoyed all year round . The house combines elements of typical Cantabrian architecture with a contemporary touch. Large windows and roof windows flood the entire interior with light and color. The garden is spectacular, large, leafy and very quiet.
