Very clean studio, very reliable instructions. The bedding is of high quality. I didn't have the opportunity to meet the host because I left early and returned late. I would this property.

Guillaume is a very responsive and friendly host who will give you all the necessary information about the apartment. The apartment is very close to the train station on foot, well equipped and optimized. Everything is neat and comfortable. The only downside, which unfortunately the hosts can't do much about, is the sound insulation between the floors and between the rooms, which is not great. This does not detract from the care given to the layout and accommodation (up to the coffee/tea/chocolate provided for the morning), the proximity to Paris, the optimization of the space and the value for money. No regrets about choosing this rental!

Apartment on the ground floor, quiet. Very well arranged and very clean. Nothing was missing in the kitchen (dishes, cleaning products, tea towel, even coffee pods and ground) or in the bathroom (bath towels) or in the bedrooms (comfortable "ready to sleep" beds, duvets). We had a great stay! The house is very clean, the kitchen is well-equipped with all the amenities you might need, and the bathroom is complete and comfortable. The location is convenient, with easy access to the metro going to Paris. Med Alex is a very friendly and responsive host—he replied quickly to all our questions and was flexible with check-in times. Very polite and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We had a one night stay, and Pedro was proactive with information. Our arrival to Pedro’s place was approx 10 min with taxi $13,80 Euros (we arrived 7pm) so may increase w traffic. The check in was friendly & easy.The lobby housed a fun statue of a dog & pup, pool table, vending machine of products to buy, jewelry souvenirs, restaurant, and cozy chairs. Pedro’s place was as advertised from photos it is spacious with kitchen, living room, bed and bathroom. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom has both shower & large tub. We easily walked to town 5mins through gorgeous park & quaint town. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Aux Trois Gourmands (The Three Gourmets) great service,atmosphere, food & refreshing beer. We will use Pedro’s place again next time to Paris. Noticed a good pizza place too. We found Pedro’s place fantastic for airport access, with a free shuttle one way to 2B/D and easy to get to terminal 1 via the CDG shuttle train system. Amazing value compared to others. Very nice and spacious accommodation!

Darya and Stephen were amenable hosts, and their space was centrally located to many shops and restaurants. I was able to communicate with Darya easily, and ask many questions about the area and getting around. The space was secure, clean and cozy. 10/10 recommend this spot, these hosts and visiting their gallery within the same building.

Perfect location if you want to be close to the airport but in a quiet area! Looked like the photos and check in was easy with provided instructions.

My stay was great. Everything was easy. They gave me all the facilities to access before check-in time and to receive me in the apartment. The stay is quiet, safe, and easily accessible. Very close to a shopping center with everything you need, close to public transport that takes you directly to Gare du Nord and other metro and RER connections.
