Jolie maison de pêcheur donnant sur l'Yonne, entièrement rénovée en mai 2023. La maison est très calme (on y accède par une impasse le long de la rivière) 2 chambres (une avec un lit double, une autre avec deux lits simples juxtaposables) et un grand salon avec cuisine ouverte toute équipée. Salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne. Possibilité de télétravail (Wifi par fibre optique) Grande terrasse donnant sur l'Yonne, idéale pour prendre les repas dehors. On y accède par un escalier extérieur.

Nico et Yoh vous propose un logement entier et indépendant de type Tiny House, à 1h de Paris, 10min Sens 45min Troyes et Auxerre. Dans un écrin de verdure proche étangs de pêche. Coin cuisine salon, SDE, toilettes sèches indépendante, chambre ( lit 140) mansardée à l'étage. Possibilités de petits déj (8€/pers) et/ou repas le soir (25€/pers) sur demande à régler sur place. loc de 1 nuit/semaine/mois. Nous avons 1 chienne qui peut être impressionnante mais sociable. Studio of about 40 m2 located in an old farmhouse and quiet in the municipality of Champigny (in the center of the Sens Provins and Fontainebleau triangle) This one is ideal for 4 people who want to visit the Yonne or are just passing through. it has a sleeping area with a double bed but also a real sofa bed! its equipped kitchen will allow you to cook there independently. All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

The house is located in the village center, 10 meters from the rural home. Parking is outdoors, located 10 meters away as well.

Tiny House, "the Walden experience" in Passy-sur-Seine, has a mezzanine double bed, a hammock-style reading area, a bathroom and a dry toilet. The large pontoon-terrace opens onto the pond populated by geese, ducks and many birds that you can observe. From your accommodation, you can explore the different areas of the property on foot, by bike or by boat. The village is quiet and very secluded. If you don't have a car, please contact us.

Independent house of 50 m2 and a large covered terrace of 50 m2 on property of 2500 m2 fully fenced, absolute calm, dead end overlooking the woods, barbecue, sandbox and tobogán for the little ones and lots of toys. Umbrella bed, sheets, blankets on request, chair riser for children's meals. Loan of an extra folding bed. Access to the Spa is €30 for the 1st day, then €20/day for the following days upon arrival, available all year round.
