House in the countryside in a small village 15 minutes from Rodez and the Levezou lakes. Access to the house is via an external staircase. On the first floor there is a veranda (equipped with a washing machine) which leads to the living room with lounge and equipped open kitchen: dishwasher, ceramic hob, traditional oven, microwave oven… On the second floor, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. The house has a private outdoor garden that is not attached to the house and is not secure.
