Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Concan

Location was great! Very quaint area tucked in behind the main strip. Walkable to all the little shops and restaurants for the most part. It was just what we were looking for on our weekend getaway. We were a bit disappointed by how dirty/slimey the hot tub was and how dirty the patio furniture was, but overall we had a very pleasant time. We just were not able to enjoy the patio as much as I had hoped given the price point. Communication was excellent and checkin was very easy.

This place absolutely exceeded all our expectations! The cabins were fantastic, and the sunset views from the hot tub were truly unforgettable. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, the living room offered plenty of space to relax, and the beds were very comfortable. The host was exceptional—responsive, easy to work with, and made sure we had everything we needed for an amazing trip. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be returning!

This was my first time booking, and I couldn’t have been happier!!! My entire group was impressed by the property and we all want to book again! The home was easy to find and instructions were easy to follow. The home was inviting, clean and in a fabulous location. It provided the calm, tranquil, peaceful location we desired. Bonus, it was only about a 7 minute drive to Main St. Don’t forget a bathing suit so you can enjoy the hot tub after a day of shopping! The hot tub has been replaced and doesn’t match the photo, but it accommodated 4 people just fine. I want to tell you not to book this place and keep it my secret getaway, but I just can’t. Book now, you won’t be disappointed!!!

The house was beautiful, pristine, and very clean. The pool was spectacular—deeper than expected, which was great! Parking was also a breeze thanks to the spacious driveway. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the location is conveniently close to grocery stores. You can tell the property is very well maintained. A couple of things to note: While the amenities list includes items like shampoo and conditioner, most were travel-sized. This was a bit inconvenient for our large group, so make sure to bring your own. Also, the house has only two bathrooms. It’s clearly stated in the listing, but we overlooked it assuming it wouldn’t be an issue since the home accommodates up to 12 guests. Sharing two bathrooms among a big group meant a lot of waiting for showers, which wasn’t ideal. It's just something to think about if you have a larger group like we did. That said, we really enjoyed our stay. The home is lovely overall, it's a great spot and I would happily return in the future!

My family had a wonderful stay here. The house was spacious. The deck was a lovely place to have breakfast every morning. I liked that the place was isolated. We didn't see anyone else in the area. It was fun walking down to the river and wading in the water. The hot tub was great. We really loved how close it was to Lost Maples state park. Brent was a terrific host and communicated regularly. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed the beautiful cottage. It was so peaceful and cozy. It made us feel right at home. We enjoyed the sweet loves from Comet, Blue, and Scout.

Perfect! Everything about this place is beautiful and luxurious. Everything you could possibly need and more. Had the pleasure of briefly meeting the owner, he was lovely; very kind. We will definitely be back!

Roger and Bel were absolutely wonderful hosts—welcoming, responsive, and respectful of our privacy. Their home was spotless, cozy, and perfectly tucked away in the beautiful hill country. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to relax and unwind, and the views were truly stunning. We especially enjoyed watching the wildlife around the property; it really felt like a serene escape. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for peace, nature, and great hospitality!

I would not hesitate to book this gem of a house. The amount of care and love the owners have shines through every detail. The mattress/ linens to the beautiful leather chairs...everything feels high-end and really comfortable. The Spanish tiles and the whole vibe is great. And it is very spacious. Its just really calming as soon as you get in the house. The grounds are just as beautiful. The old trees and the pool were outstanding. The hosts are very sweet and kind. One hundred percent recommend this place!

This is our 4th time back to the property and we'll continue to choose it every time. Comfortable, quiet, peaceful and spacious. Such a beautiful property and Ryan has always been so helpful.

Absolutely stunning home! Our check is was smooth and the host was great. It was super spacious, clean and well maintained. The back yard was big and secure for our pups. The hot tub was the star of the show and the pool house was equipped with fun family activities. Overall an amazing stay, would definitely stay again!

The house was awesome! It was larger than the pictures indicated. Plenty of room for everyone. There was a beeping in the master closet. Bring extra towels and washcloths. The ones there are nice, but only two per bathroom. We had a problem with the pool being dirty, but the host was fast to take care of the problem. We would definitely stay here again. The location is close to Sea World, Wal Mart, and restaurants.

We had an unforgettable stay at this cabin. I surprised my boyfriend with this trip for his birthday. The cabin was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect getaway. The amenities were wonderful, especially the jacuzzi tub, which added a special touch to our stay. The surrounding nature was stunning, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere. While visiting we also got engaged at Lost Maples Natural Area, making this trip even more memorable. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved every moment and can't wait to come back. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a relaxing retreat!

This house was SO comfortable! Perfect for our large crowd! Lots to do in the backyard! We played a girls against boys volleyball game! Lots of laughs and hanging out around the hot tub! Plenty of sleep space and the HUGE kitchen table and bar made it easy to do meals when we weren’t at the river! Thank you Leah! We appreciate everything!

The perfect place for a ladies weekend. The place is in a very peaceful location surrounded by tres and a creek. Our favorite time was spent in the hot tub every night. Great communication with the administrators. They were very responsive. I highly recommend it!

Enjoyed seeing the deer, Cardinals and squirrels during our stay. Relaxed in the hot tub, underneath the beautiful oak trees. House has all the amenities and kitchen items necessary for a home cooked meal. Went shopping at the local grocery store, also nearby. Location is approximately 2 miles from town. Close to several wineries and restaurants. Michael was very responsive to any inquiries. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay! Everything was just as stated in the description..maybe better! The pool area is so nice, and the hot tub was perfect. We did encounter a few critters but I would say that's expected given the surroundings. Definitely make sure you wear sandals around the pool area .I almost stepped on a scorpion! We loved EVERYTHING about this place and would definitely come back and stay again.

Quiet, secluded location but still close enough to Fredericksburg For sightseeing and entertainment.

As a couple looking to get out of the city for a bit and hit the country, this was more than perfect. The price mixed with all the amenities this place has to offer makes it well worth it to anyone looking to take a small vacation. The hosts are very kind and respond very quick. I can’t wait to book this place again
