5 minute drive from Riva del Garda and Arco, the apartment located in the quiet Cologna's historic center has been completely renovated and offers a large terrace overlooking the lake. New bathroom and kitchen, internet wifi. Please kindly note, the cleaning fee is now calculated separately in 45€, and together with the city national tax (of 1€ per day per person) will be collected at the check-in. In the coldest months, (October-April) the heating is extra and will be calculated in €8 a day.

In winter, the snow makes Val di Ledro an enchanted place. Nearby Monte Tremalzo is perfect for ski mountaineering or a simple snowshoe hike surrounded by nature. Not far from the property, in Val Concei, you can also go cross-country skiing.

Our attic is located in Pieve and is 1 km from the beach of Lake Ledro. Recently built, it measures 77 square meters and is on the second floor of a residential complex. Very bright with mountain views, it has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living area with Smart TV, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two separate beds, bathroom with shower, step-ladder, loft and two balconies.
