The Casa da Paty, on the shores of the lake, about 1800m from the village of Lapinha, comfortably and privately accommodates 4 people, in a suite and one bedroom and two bathrooms. In the large room we have two sofas where they can sleep two more people. It shows a beautiful view composed of the lake at the gate of the property of 5.500m2 and the magnificent rugged relief of the famous Serra do Cipó in Minas Gerais. Kayaks included in the rental price are at the guests' disposal.
