From the moment we booked, the host was extremely cordial, attentive and professional. The check-in and checkout instructions were super clear, which made the whole process very smooth and hassle-free. You can tell they work with a well-organized team as the apartment was spotless, very clean and well equipped. Communication was quick, friendly and resolute at all times. It's really all set up as if it was a hotel. Also, I really appreciate the flexibility and willingness. Those little gestures make all the difference :)

Awesome host what a blessing at this place

I will start with saying the Carolina's apartment is by far one of the best Airbnb experiences I have had in Concepción. Located in a brand new building next to the park and nearby amenities, it was spotless clean and as pictured. The only inconvenience was learning that the central heating was not working in her apartment despite the images showing a radiator. Nonetheless Carolina provided some electric space heaters and was super responsive to all my additional requests. I would highly recommend her apartment for anyone looking for a clean, well located apartment in Concepción with a great host.

The apartment is as shown in the photos, and the parking lot is as shown in the publication. Everything was good and communication with the host was smooth and timely, nice to have a digital lock which makes check-in and out very easy since you don't have to coordinate key delivery and things like that. Everything was just perfect, the apartment was impeccable, the concierges were friendly, the host was concerned, the supermarket was next door and the beautiful Ecuador park was within walking distance. What made my stay truly sublime was the wonderful view, there really is no comparison.

The house is spacious and very clean, the host is friendly and I will come back again.

Very comfortable and nice apartment, ideal for being quiet, safe and clean.

It's like being in a hotel, everything is impeccably clean and tidy, the attention to detail is remarkable (amenities, hair dryer, two bottles of mineral water, tea and coffee for two, etc.), it's ideal for a couple of days and to explore the surroundings, especially Ecuador Park, with many restaurants nearby (Arabic, Japanese, Chinese, Korean food, etc.). The view is better than we thought! During the day and night you can see the beautiful city. During the stay we did not hear noises from the neighbors and the key lock system is very practical. Totally recommended!

Great spot close to the airport. Just don't miss the exit or entrance because it's all one-way split highways so turning around takes a long time.

In less than 10 minutes by Uber, you can get everywhere. Carolina was very kind to us, the apartment was impeccable and she let us check in later to wait for our flight.

Comfortable apartment for 5 people with everything you need for your stay. Wonderful view all over the bay, even better than in the pictures. The beach of Dichato is 15 or 20 minutes walk, special to go with children, due to its little swell. The condo has two pools, ideal for kids and adults. Hosts gave us recommendations for places to walk, eat, and/or take eleven, the references were very good. The condominium and surroundings are family-friendly and very quiet, I recommend it.
