We spent 3 nights in Daniel's apartment and it exceeded our expectations; clean, quiet, comfortable and very complete: The best thing is the view and the location near all the cafes, restaurants and park of the Ecuador neighborhood. We will be back for sure

The stay in Enrique's apartment is always a delight. Everything is spotless, very well equipped. Enrique always available and with great hospitality . Whenever possible, I stay here.

I liked it a lot, everything was clean and tidy, and the communication was good and accurate, the apartment is cozy and it is very good value for money, the only thing I recommend is that you go more warmly dressed because here in Concepcion in general it is cold, but that is not the fault of the owners :)

The house is even better than described, spacious, comfortable, with a garden and beautiful terrace, everything clean and impeccable, it has everything to have a few days of relaxation, very close to the beach and swimming pools, to forget about the car! The kids have fun with all the entertainment there! Sebastian is always attentive, any concerns are always answered quickly and very kindly!! It's appreciated!! Beautiful home in a wonderful environment, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant family time. Description and photos are as and in reality, beautiful view in a quiet neighborhood that loved everyone. Definitely highly recommended and communication with Ronald was always smooth. Home automation gives the stay a plus.

Violeta's apartment is beautiful and elegant, very cozy, impeccable and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I felt right at home. Its location is great, downtown, it is 2 or 3 blocks from the square; ideal for walking, getting fresh air; close to the beach, restaurants, stores, minimarkets, pharmacies, cafes; and it is on the first floor! I loved it, 100% recommended and Violeta is very kind, a super host.
