Comfortable studio apartment, located in the exclusive area of Concon, excellent connectivity. Direct access to Dunas 2 min, "Jumbo" supermarket 5 min and "Los Lilenes" beach 10 min. (Walking). The apartment does NOT have parking inside the premises, however outside the building there is an avenue available for parking. (residential sector) My place is great if you want to organize your stay and stay in a quiet place. Visitors are not allowed Basic equipment!!

Everything perfect - felt very safe and comfortable. I was in Chile without a car, the bus stations were within walking distance, as were the shopping. Alejandra always responded to me very quickly and went out of her way - thank you for the lovely stay:)

The view of the Loft is amazing, panoramic view of the plan and the sea in the background. The Loft is spacious and comfortable and the location is good as it is a few minutes from the plan. This is truly a one of a kind unique place to stay in Valparaiso. The location is perfect, the neighborhood was funky with lots of small restaurants and boutiques nearby. Of course there was street art everywhere. We were a few blocks from a bakery and small market that we frequented multiple times. The house itself was a historic and beautifully maintained building. It was enormous, somehow even bigger than the pictures. There were lots of interesting old knickknacks throughout the house. The view from the upper room was beautiful. Pablo was a very gracious host and we were met by Cecelia who went out of her way to make us comfortable despite the language barrier. On top of it all we were met with a bottle of Chilean wine. Can’t recommend enough.
