Monthly Rentals in Concord

It’s a very cosy little flat, perfect for getting around Sydney as it’s an easy 10min walk to the station. Exactly as described, and very comfortable. They’re very friendly hosts, and you can make friends with Lenny the dog too!

This was our second stay at Sharlene's place, and it was as good as the first time. The flat in the backyard is very quiet and peaceful, there is no noise from the surrounding streets, which coupled with a comfortable bed, made for very good night's sleeps. The bathroom is a great size and the shower has great pressure. The kitchen is small but has all of the utensils you would need if you anted to cook. We ate out each night as there are lots of very good restaurants close by, and it is an easy 10 minute walk to either the Concord road or Majors Bay road restaurants. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic hospitality! Han and Xin were super responsive and flexible with my check in. Instructions were clear and they always communicated with me. Most of all, the place is cozy, clean and luxurious. The beautiful heritage building with modern amenities is superb. The Burwood train station is a short 15 min walk pass multiple shops and restaurants. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.
