It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Yaritza’s place was so peaceful and beautiful. It’s well equipped with everything you need and spacious. She was right there to meet me upon arrival and was very kind and informative. I definitely recommend staying here. Everything is close by without feeling touristy. I loved seeing the actual people that live there.

This stay was by far one of my best experiences staying at an air bnb. The location was such an immersive experience right by beautiful land marks and amazing food as well as really fun night life. The property itself was so charming & extremely well kept. Omar was very helpful and accommodating with anything I needed during my stay! Will definitely come back time and time again!

Jose's place is amazing! His attention to detail is unmatched. We had everything we needed right there in the apartment! It's in a great centralized location making it easy to get around! I would definitely stay here again!

Maitee’s place was absolutely amazing! Cannot get a more perfect location than this. Super close to everything we needed to get to throughout our stay. So many places near the Airbnb that were walkable and if we needed a car the locations were under 15 minutes. Overall the place was completely spotless. Power did go out once in the hallways which we took the stairs but that’s not under anyone’s control and it was back fairly quickly. However, no complaints! 10/10. I’d not only recommend but definitely would return back to this place!

The place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Also, the host was incredibly friendly and responsive, and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in San Juan!

Nadia was very friendly and accommodating. Check out is at 11 and her staff was able to have everything together for us to check in after 1, which helped us tremendously. The property is very secure and we never felt unsafe. Parking is an added benefit (parking in San Juan is not very convenient). We walked and took uber as well. There is a Walgreens walking distance (one block away) to pick up anything you may need and plenty restaurants and shops. Nadia provided any toiletries you may have forgotten. Beds comfortable and the air was cold. We kept the divider to the bedrooms open most of the time. Hot water or power never went out. Awesome bluetooth speaker to listen to tunes will getting ready. Great view from the balcony and private. Populated area so it will be noise. There were only two apartments on our floor, very private. All beach equipment provided. The only slight drawback is the gates are tricky to find but once you know where it is, you won’t forget. Would stay again.

This place was very clean, smelled great, and comfortable. There were 4 of us stayed at this place and it was perfect for us. Having a stove and microwave was very helpful. The Roku tv was a nice touch. The beds were super comfy.

A comfortable, clean, private and cozy place. Osvaldo was always attentive and made sure we had a good time. We're grateful for his attention and kindness. Thank you for being such a great host. What a wonderful stay! Thank you so much to Sandra for an exceptional check-in/out process, as well as providing such a beautiful apartment. We loved our stay, and loved being right by the airport. Private pristine, and gorgeous beach right behind the apartment building was to die for. All in all, 11/10 experience, and if we ever return, we know where we’re staying!

Always clean and ready for guests

Javier was very friendly , accommodating and helpful. Place was sooooo close to the beach. If you have kids I recommend staying here due to the area of beach. If you walk out the gate to beach town left and walk down until you see a pool like areas very kid friendly. To your right you’ll have more activities like, jet skis, parasailing, banana boat, pins coladas, chairs with umbrellas. Also location is close to a bunch of restaurants walking distance highly recommend Bistro Cafe.

We had such a wonderful time at J B’s place! The location was fantastic - a block from the beach and on the street itself there were so many great restaurants and spots to check out (including a grocery store across the street!) while still feeling quiet and private. The beds and sofas were comfortable and the kitchen, dining table and washer dryer were all great for making ourselves feel right at home. The host was so proactive and responsive, providing quick and helpful responses and suggestions (and even did a toilet paper delivery!) Also gracious in giving us some extra time for checkout to enjoy a bit more before we had to head home which was very kind. Would definitely go back!

Freddy was very friendly, helpful and kind to us though out our stay there, he was also giving us helpful recommendations on what to do and where to go, we felt very welcome and safe at his place, we would definitely come and stay at his place again when we come back🙏

Colores (it was only after we arrived and saw an abundance of tastefully done purple/violet objects that we realized why it was called Violeta) was absolutely phenomenal. You are right in the heart of beautiful, bustling Old San Juan. All the bars, restaurants, clubs, sights and history of the area right there and the hosts could not have been more friendly and helpful. The responses were always prompt and professional. And the property itself is beautiful. Many stairs to climb to get to the third floor, if that’s a consideration for you. But the bed is so soft and comfy and the closet is spacious. Laundry right in the unit. And the roof deck is great! We booked the room for the hot tub, which I was prepared not to be wild about, since it’s portable. But I was wrong. Sipping a glass of wine (or one of the six pack of Medalla that was thoughtfully left in the fridge for us!) under the stars with a relaxing soak was awesome. Five stars, can’t wait to return!

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

This place is totally worth the stay! The area is super safe and right next to the beach. Everything was right down the road and super accessible from where we were. I definitely would stay here again when coming back to Puerto Rico!!

Marisol and Gary were very hospitable and made us feel very welcome and safe. It was like we were staying with family. They gave us recommendations and checked up on us. Perfect location and got to wake up to the ocean every morning was glorious. Want to come back for sure!!

Robert’s place was the perfect spot. We were a short walk away from the beach and restaurants. The place had restaurants and bars nearby and getting to other locations from there was super quick. Robert was always responsive and even had some beach stuff like cooler and chairs to use. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Wow the Condo is beautiful beachfront views the place is very well setup with pretty much everything you need. Great location not far from old San Juan. All restaurants around are delicious no need to rent a car nor anything for beach Milly has everything you need 4 types of coolers beach towels chairs and umbrella. Her kitchen is stocked with some of your essentials bathroom is fully stocked. Kitchen is nicely stocked with everything you need Milly shows you where everything is and how to plug into generator if needed we didn't need it. The views are breathtaking waiting sunrises and sunsets from your bed is everything locals and other traveling guests are friendly. Great drinks all-round 2 bars with kitchen right outside of pool before beach. Beach is directly in front 8 steps away. We will definitely be back again soon. If you book don't let the outside of building scare you it's in desperate need of attention but the Condo inside is hands down beautiful you will enjoy stay.

Highly recommend!! Location was perfect - one block from the beach, walking distance to plenty of bars restaurants stores . Quick uber to old San Juan , airport etc. the building had a nice pool and condo had beach chairs, towels and cooler - everything we needed. Carlos was very responsive and friendly . Check in /out was easy. Definitely would stay here again !!
