This new apartment is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Miramar and only ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE CONVENTION DISTRICT. This historic neighborhood offers quick access to bars, restaurants, movie theater and all the hot spots in Condado and the fortified city of Old San Juan, all for the best price around town. The room is equipped with a queen size bed, designer furniture, smart LED TV included , A/C, and modern KITCHEN with stainless steel appliances. A Gated parking space in the building is available for use at a low rate. If you’re not renting a car, the bus stop is conveniently located just a couple of steps from the building giving you the opportunity of moving anywhere around San Juan. Sorry, no pets allowed. Im usually available to meet personally with my guests. If my job doesn't allow me for any reason to be there at the time for check in, I will make all necessary arrangements for a smooth check in. IMPORTANT : Parking inside property will only be available upon request. It is important to let me know if you wish to use the space since special instructions are needed. Parking fee is $5 per day and will be added to the total of the reservation.

We are located steps from beautiful Ocean Park Beach. This 1 bedroom/1 bath 2nd floor apartment is nestled among tropical flowers, orchids and foliage. It includes an equipped kitchen, linens and a futon in living area - plus a new bathroom and A/C. The garden is gorgeous!!!! Coquis serenade you in the evening plus the fountain and wind chimes are devine. There are boogie boards, a kayak and even paddleball. Amazing restaurants and a variety of bars are just a block away on Calle Loiza.

Also close to the building lobby you could find a coin laundromat and a convenience store with luggage storage services.

The location is in the heart of the city but at the same time it feels like you are right on the beach. We just finished a complete renovation of this apartment, everything was gutted out and redone. The decoration has some rustic furniture mixed with modern finishes. It has many tropical details like the colorful bed sheets/coverlet/pillows, paintings and accessories still the cabana is clutter free and simple, everything in the cabana has its purpose.
