Holiday rentals with a patio in Condado, Santurce

I had an amazing experience at Condado Lagoon Villas! The host was incredibly communicative and helpful from start to finish. The staff were absolutely incredible so friendly, professional, and attentive…they truly made the stay feel special. The villa was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located. The lagoon views and pool were a dream. I felt safe, welcomed, and relaxed the entire time. I will absolutely be coming back…I highly recommend!

Place was amazing as it was very clean and well organized. The area around the airbnb was calm and quiet as well. Definitely will stay there again .

I can't speak highly enough about my stay here. Owners were helpful and responsive at all times.The apartment was spotless and matched the description accurately.I stayed in Condado before and was delighted to see I could walk their easily. I felt safe at all times, even at night time. Loads of great restaurants and bars around Caille Loiza also. Beach was minutes away, with 2 stand out eateries on the way.I read reviews before I booked about noise levels, I stayed there 9 nights and never had any problems until very late on the last night, the next door neighbours decided to show a lack of respect shouting loud and laughing on their balcony. Hardly the owners fault, just human beings being disrespectful next door. I would absolutely recommend staying here and I would have no hesitation staying here again. It did "exactly what it said on the tin" and a good value for money stay. The only thing I would recommend for the owners is to invest in an Ironing board!! This gets a big 👍

Place was amazing and in an ideal spot. Super close to the beach and nice brunch spots. The inside decor was lovely, clean, and just like the photos. This place matched the vibe of the girls trip. We loved staying here!

We had a fantastic stay in a comfortable, convenient, and stunning apartment with beautiful views. We’re so glad we went with this place. The apartment had all the supplies we could want and you can’t beat the location and the views.

We had an excellent time at San Juan and loved staying at Gerardo’s place! The views were stunning, the apartment was spotless and beautiful, and we were in the perfect location. Gerardo was extremely responsive and made the entire experience easy and relaxing. We would recommend staying here to anyone!

A great stay if you are looking to be close to Condado Beach and by a lot of food options! The place itself was spacious and well-kept and we had no issues whatsoever. A great amenity was also having a locked parking spot for when we had a rental car during our stay. Would fully recommend staying here!

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Erin!

Christian was very attentive and made it super easy and comfortable to ask questions. The house is beautiful and the private backyard with the pool and pool table made the house experience 10x better! Definitely very clean and spacious!

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

4th time in PR & This was a short and solo stay. Loved the place and how close it was to everything! Auribelle was very helpful with the check in and responsive. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here next time I visit. Always respect the island the people❤️

Brooke’s Airbnb was as described. The location was good—there are stores within walking distance if you need supplies, as well as food options nearby. It's also less than a 5 minute walk to the La Placita hotspot area, where you can enjoy the nightlife if you're interested. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit San Juan!

We enjoyed the stay at this location and the friendly help from the hosts. When we first arrived, there was a regional power outage, and the hosts were very concerned, keeping in contact with us and the power company for updates. They even offered to give us a refund if we they had a long-term issue. The power was back in the early evening, so everything turned out great for the rest of our stay. The small local restaurants in the area had very good food and a great ocean view.

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and central in Condado, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment is large and has everything. Beds are comfortable. Although not a direct view of the bay the side view is nice and the sunset views are spectacular from the 11th floor. We flew into the blackout and appreciated that there we were welcomed by plenty of water, coffee and snacks.

Milly saved our trip by letting us last minute book with her after an unexpected experience at another air bnb! The condo was located in an awesome location where we enjoyed waking up and seeing the beautiful water. Also the space was very comfortable, clean, and located in a convenient space near local stores, restaurants, and the highway. Definitely will ask Milly to stay with her again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Jose’s property, and I couldn’t be more impressed the property itself is fantastic spacious and well maintained what really stood out though were the views I had an incredible vantage point of both the ocean and the city the neighborhood had plenty of local spots to eat nearby if you’re looking for a place with stunning views a responsive host and a great overall experience I highly recommend Jose’s place I’ll definitely be returning for my next visit!
