20 minutes from Issoire, in the heart of the Livradois Forez park, in a 120 m2 stone house that can accommodate up to 12 guests. The ground floor consists of: living room, equipped kitchen. On the 1st, 2 bedrooms with double bed, bunk beds, bathroom: shower, toilet, washing machine and a separate toilet. Baby equipment available. On the 2nd is a dormitory with 6 beds, 1 person or 2 double beds and 2 single beds Numerous activities on site and nearby. Motorcycle and bike garage Outdoor areas are shared with your hosts.

House with beautiful studio/living space, flooded with light and with lovely views. A master bedroom with double bed and a double sofa bed in the main living area. A mezzanine area provides a further two single beds. A fully-equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove. It also has a lovely terrace and gardens. Situated just 500m ( 10 minute walk) from the Auberge de Chassignolles with its amazing restaurant. There is an additional 70 m² yoga/dance studio that can be rented separately.

The highest house in Usson, one of the most beautiful villages in France, 2 bedrooms and a living room each with access to the outside, 3 terraces on 3 levels and 3 orientations (east, south and west, for the sunset!), 2 with a 180° view of Auvergne and its volcanoes. For more independence, a 3rd bedroom, with a bathroom, in the small neighboring house, is offered at €60 per night, for more than 6 guests (max capacity of the main house) Basic shops 5 km away Alt 574 m 75 in 10 minutes

Gîte de 180m2 indépendant avec un jardin privé non cloturé. Situé dans un hameau paisible, il vous procurera détente et vous offrira de nombreuses randonnées à travers le Livradois-Forez; laissez vous enivrer par la beauté des paysages d'Auvergne... Le gîte peut accueillir jusqu’à 15 personnes. (2 nuits minimum) le tarif est de 120€ la nuit pour 9personnes et 10€ par voyageur en plus. Les lits font 140x190 et 90x190. Vous serez logé dans le studio 70 m2 au rez de chaussée: chambre, salon, cuisine, salle de bain douche, wc séparé Entrée indépendante. Petite cuisine: microondes, bouilloire et cafetière, 2 plaques induction, frigo. Profitez du jardin (meubles de jardin prévus)

Situé dans le paisible village de Pardines, près d’Issoire et Clermont-Ferrand, il offre 2 terrasses, un espace brasero et un spa pour des moments de détente en pleine nature. Le bois est omniprésent avec une décoration chaleureuse et des créations uniques en chêne massif. 2 chambres : une au rez-de-chaussée et une en mezzanine (non adaptée aux jeunes enfants).

La cabane

You will appreciate the cabin for its location: the breathtaking view of "Little Auvergne Tuscany" and the Chaîne des Puys on the horizon (it dominates), the forest atmosphere, access to the paths, the feeling of being in a nest. The cabin is perfect for couples, but also suitable for families (with kids) and four-legged friends are accepted (but beware, the land is not enclosed). Ideal for mountain bikers, trailers...
