Beachfront holiday rental in Conde

The days we spent at Patricia's apartment were wonderful. Despite being a condominium, the place is quiet, quiet, pleasant, close to nature. The apartment is well equipped, organized, clean, had everything we needed. In addition, Patrícia was super attentive, from the beginning, being always available. We want to go back already. 🌷

We liked it very much, because the house corresponded to what was described in the advertisement and the hostess responded quickly to all our demands.

Second time I'm going with my family. The house is as you see in the photos. All very clean and very well equipped. The place is super quiet and beautiful. Security is great (facial recognition even to enter the beach). 10 points in everything. We felt like coming back. Ah! Host Washington is great. He responds quickly to everything and has an excellent predisposition to resolve whatever is necessary. The experience was very good from booking to checkout

Maria Luiza's apartment, besides being very well equipped and clean, is in the best spot, in my opinion, of Praia do Forte. Close to absolutely EVERYTHING, easy to find and above all a great spot for those who want to do everything on foot. The condominium is very clean, attentive staff and very safe. The pool is delightful and is right in front of the beach, you can go down from the outdoor area. I will certainly stay there again when I return to Praia do Forte.

The apartment is beautiful, nice and comfortable. The whole decor has a nautical-praian theme that made the stay experience a delight. There is air conditioning in the two bedrooms, but not in the living room, which has only one floor fan. Because of this, in the summer, staying in the living room throughout the day may not be very comfortable because of the heat. It is not a problem if your idea is to spend the day outside on the beach or in the shared spaces of the condominium, which are ventilated. The kitchen is well equipped, we find many utensils and appliances. Like every waterfront building, the saltpeter caused some deteriorations in the apartment, but Wilton gave all the support we need. Wilton was very requested, and he answered us whenever it was necessary to call him. He was a very courteous and kind host, giving tips for nearby tours and answering all our questions about the reservation and stay, which certainly contributed to our experience being wonderful. Thank you, Wilton!

We had a very pleasant experience during the days we stayed in the apartment. Extremely clean, organized and with everything necessary for our well-being during the stay. Whenever I had any questions, promptly the host responded to me and solved all the requests, as well as a lot of education and proactivity. The house is even more beautiful than the photos, with very good taste in the choice of each element and quite cozy. It's so cool, it's worth the experience of living in the house, both as a couple and as a family. The rooms have independent balconies with hammocks and ocean views. The breeze cools throughout the day. The greenery around us conveys an immersion with nature and invites us to peace and relaxation. Nivia was at all times a very friendly and generous hostess - which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The house is close to the beach (about 10 minutes on foot, 2 by car). The beach at the bar is not as attractive, but a beach that is just across the river is spectacular! The river with the mangrove is also very beautiful and pleasant for swimming and kayaking through the mangrove. I also noticed that at high tide it has great waves for surfers with a sequence of long and memorable lefts!! Would I go back to Barra? Yes, but only to Nivia's house. Great house, great host!

Ana's house is extremely comfortable, clean and with everything we need for a perfect stay. Great quality and super fragrant linens and towels. The sea view and the sound of the waves are very relaxing. Very close to the village, we went on foot every day. Not to mention Ana's kindness, always helpful and friendly. It was an amazing time there!

The stay in Elaine's apartment and in Baixio was amazing! Extremely organized apartment and condominium, with everything that was necessary to have an excellent stay. We felt at home! Elaine was an excellent host, gave clear instructions and was available to answer our questions with great kindness. Besides, Baixio is a spectacle in itself! Quiet location to arrive, very calm and organized beach, kind and polite people and the agency extremely organized with incredible tours. I highly recommend it! The only risk is not wanting to go home! We were delighted!

They were wonderful days, the place and the house were just what we were looking for... Tranquility... Privacy... The house is wonderful... clean pool... ventilated house... airy... The house is much more than seeing in photos, you need to be careful on the beach that has stones, but nothing that degrades the place. Kristine was fantastic from the first contact and we were welcomed by Joci, a polite and very attentive person. We will return many and often still to the site.
