La casita está dentro de nuestro jardín, pero es totalmente independiente. La parcela tiene vistas directas al Parque Nacional de Guadarrama y es un lugar muy tranquilo, de belleza espectacular. Está a 5 minutos en coche de La Pedriza,a 20 min del Puerto de Navacerrada y a 35 min de Plaza de Castilla (Madrid)

Loft para alquiler de uso temporal, junto al Parque Nacional Sierra del Guadarrama. Situado en la planta baja de nuestra vivienda independiente. Dispone de cocina equipada, wifi por fibra (600 Mb), Smart TV, salón-dormitorio, climatización por bomba de calor, chimenea, jardín y barbacoa. Piscina compartida con los propietarios y otro alojamiento temporal para dos personas. A 45 km de Madrid, con excelente acceso en coche y autobús. The original house was built in 1890 and was renovated during 2015 maintaining its original stone structure on all its exterior walls, giving it a great personality that makes it stand out from the closest of the street on which it is located. This house has been renovated to the fullest respecting its old architecture but oriented to endow it with the current amenities and suitable for the enjoyment of the tenants who occasionally inhabit it.

Beautiful stone and slate house located in the Sierra Norte de Guadalajara. The house dates back to 1870. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a wood-burning stove on the ground floor. Sofa bed that sleeps two. Upstairs there is an open bedroom, attic with exposed beams and a double bed. Built-in bathroom with shower. The kitchen is well stocked. Ideal for 2-4 guests. Very cozy and ready to enjoy!
