This 950 square foot bungalow - newly renovated - is set into our beautiful, peaceful ranch/meadow surroundings. It is fully equipped for self-catering with kitchen/dining area. Spacious open-space style (see photos), with large porch, a beautiful pool, hot tub, barn with hens, mini donkeys, and 2 llamas, and our two beloved Golden Retrievers. We are only 25 minutes from downtown Prescott with all its amenities, and then back home to the quiet, and amazing starry skies of Skull Valley.

With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road. The front porch is a fantastic place to have a cup coffee, gaze at the mountains and watch the sunrise. But the beautiful Arizona sunsets will be worth remembering for a lifetime.

Peaceful home on a four acre property that is located adjacent to public access BLM land. Ride for miles on your ATV, UTV, or horses. Large horse paddocks are available on site. Features a full house with a large patio with a hot tub, grill, and dining area. Stunning mountain views with photo worthy sunrise and sunsets. Relax in the outdoor hot tub while watching the sunset. Garage and a large yard for parking big rigs. Horses are an additional $15 per day per animal.
