Completely renovated house converted to look like a vintage gas station on exterior. First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Many reclaimed materials used in construction including brick, doors for bar, etc. Upstairs was modeled after boutique hotel with king bed, full bath and picture window overlooking stocked pond and vintage fire truck. Garage portion not included, but could be available.

Spacious, Classic Conneaut Lake Home - Lake Views!

Summery cottage-style decor just steps from the lake & part of the Midway Beach plan. Enjoy the views and sounds from nearly every window and from the 35' deck overlooking the lake. Two bedrooms have twin over double bunks, and the master bedroom has a full bath. There's a summer sleeping porch (bedroom 5) with a full and twin, and an outdoor shower. Bedroom two also has a crib. Lots of toys for rainy days, a dog cage, older PlayStation, DVD player, Roku, fire table & fire pit in the back yard

Fabulous Farm House - built in the 1940's this farmhouse is a family treasure. The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Country setting surrounded by working farms. We offer a two bedroom home with very large screened-in porch. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch as you watch the cows come in. Very peaceful, quiet setting with large yard. Get a retro feel in the pink bathroom. Recently upgraded laminate flooring throughout the house. Eat on China plates in the formal dining room or use paper plates with access to a grill. Less than 15 minutes to the Grove city outlets and 6 miles to the state game lands.
