Wir waren im Juni für 16 Tage bei Claude. Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vermieter waren sehr zurückhaltend aber sofort zur Stelle wenn Hilfe vonnöten war. -TOP- Es war sehr sauber, auch unser Wunsch, beide Schlafzimmer nutzen zu dürfen war kein Problem. Claude und seine Frau sind sehr hilfsbereit und angenehm. Die Unterkunft lag sehr sehr ruhig und in 30 Fußminuten war die Altstadt und in 15 Fußminuten war der Bäcker zu erreichen. Das Auto konnte unmittelbar vor dem Eingang geparkt werden-sehr angenehm bei Be-und Entladen. Die Gegend in rund 100 km Umkreis bietet sooooooo viel dass man kaum alles in der Zeit erkunden kann. Der kleine Pool ist ideal zum Abkühlen nach Ausflügen bei der Wärme.

El apartamento nos ha encantado. Estaba impecable y muy nuevo. Hemos estado muy tranquilos y a un paso de todo. La terraza privada es una maravilla. Gildas ha sido muy amable y la comunicación ha sido muy sencilla.

excellent séjour, avec un très bel accueil d'Éric et sa conjointe. logement confortable. Piscine très appréciable. cet hébergement a fait l'unanimité auprès de nos trois couples. Grande zone commerciale à proximité. si vous souhaitez visiter la cité de Carcassonne c'est le bon endroit.

Un accueil très sympathique avec un cadeau de bienvenue très apprécié. La maison est conforme à sa description. Très joliment décorée, extrêmement propre , très confortable ( literie top). L’environnement est également très agréable (très jolie vue) et très calme. Nombreux commerces à moins de 10 mn en voiture.

We had a fantastic trip, Marie-Cecile & Leonce are the most welcoming and helpful hosts. The apartment is well perfectly situated between the castle and the centre of town with a beautiful garden and close to the river. Couldn't recommend this more.

maison conforme à la description, super si vous êtes avec des petits car il y a a disposition des jouets pour enfants, mon fils était ravi! piscine propre malgré le soleil fuyant nous avons quand-même pu en profiter un peu elle était a 29!!! je recommande vivement la maison merci beaucoup ⭐

Excellent qualité prix. Pas beaucoup de places de parking disponibles dans la rue mais on a toujours eu de la chance. Sinon RAS.

Sandrine is a very helpful host, quick to reply to any queries. The property is well located and made us feel very comfortable. Being June the pool was heated and in a very clean condition and the air conditioning was much needed and worked well. Very pleasant and relaxing stay. If we had mobility issues the stairs may have been a problem but that shouldn’t put you off this amazing property and host.

Nathalie’s home was magical. The minute we arrived we fell in love with it. It’s a real home from home with all Nathalie’s fascinating trinkets from her travels and her two adorable cats, so easy to care for. The older one lets you know when he wants feeding and is an adorable old boy and the tabby is so cuddly and affectionate. We miss them! The views from the property was breathtaking especially the Mountain View with the sound of the lake. I enjoyed reading and doing yoga in the garden too. We cooked several times in Nathalie’s kitchen which has brilliant knives and saucepans. We felt we were in a little paradise really. Recommend le rencontre to eat and also Chapters and we enjoyed going to the Boulanger every morning for a coffee and croissant. The deli produce at l’abeille noire shop was really brilliant too esp the rhubarb jam and the fig biscuits and Elen from the shop bought us bread from another village when the shops weren’t open. Nathalie is so friendly, unmissable.

Très beau logement, assez isolé (point positif pour nous). De belles balades et randonnées à faire à proximité, sans voiture, et pour les plus motivés, le Gouffre de Cabrespine accessible à pied (2 petits km, mais assez raides !). Et bien sûr, un hôte très accueillant qui se soucie de ses invités ! Bref, un très beau séjour !

We had a great stay. Easy instructions to get in and very helpful to have access to the secure parking garage nearby (3 min walk). Really clean in the apartment as well and quiet since it's off the street.

Magali and Jean Baptist’s annex was beautifully designed. It was the perfect complement to their elegant main home. The little patio had mature vines growing over Roman style columns, providing a delicious secluded shaded area, perfect for evening drinks or a light meal. We had permission to use the little pool which is delightful in the mature garden. The views of the Castle peeked through everywhere. Both the town and the castle were within an easy walk. Very peaceful area and lovely hosts. We wanted to give it 6 stars!

Nous avons passé 2 jours dans ce logement. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillant. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa proximité avec Carcassonne et le canal du midi. La piscine et le jardin sont très agréables.

Séjour parfait !!! Le logement proposé par Christine est une maison ancienne, très bien rénovée, vaste et paisible où l’on se sent immédiatement chez soi. Tout est fait pour que l’on se sente à l’aise : cadeaux d’accueil, produits du quotidien à disposition, jouets pour les enfants, jeux de société, livres, … La déco est gaie, colorée, pleine de fantaisie et le mobilier très confortable. Le jardin offre un vrai cocon, à l’ombre et à l’abri des regards, avec ambiance guinguette. Chacun des membres de notre famille a pu trouver un petit coin à soi, différent selon les moments de la journée, et se regrouper facilement tant les espaces sont variés et accueillants. L’emplacement est idéal : dans un environnement retiré, à deux pas du canal du midi pour les promenades, tout en étant à 3 mn des premiers commerces et à 10mn de la cité de Carcassonne. Christine est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes, attentionnée et passionnée. Pour tout dire : nous y retournons dans quelques semaines !!!

The property was everything we’d hoped for, peaceful, private and in a beautiful setting. It was equipped with everything we could need, with very comfortable furniture and high quality linens. The kitchen was very well equipped indeed, I loved the air fryer! Colin met us on arrival, unlocking the door and showing us how to operate the shutters before making himself scarce. Although the hosts live next door they’d obviously gone to some effort to make sure the property felt private, we hardly knew they were there. The area is just beautiful with some very scenic villages within a short drive. We’d recommend visiting Montolieu as well as Carcassonne itself. The Lac de la Cavayere is well worth a visit in nice weather and I suspect even more so in summer when all of its activities are in operation. Colin very kindly negotiated with the cleaners to allow us an extra hour before we had to check out - with 7 hours between checkout and our flight this was very much appreciated!

Très bonne semaine passée chez Laurence. Un logement avec tous les équipements nécessaires, dans un joli coin de tranquilité, bien situé entre Carcassonne et la Montagne Noire pour de très belles découvertes.

Logement propre très bien situé au coeur du village et au calme a seulement une dizaine de minutes de Carcassonne. Très bien situé pour visiter la region sur quelques jours.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Alexandra . La maison est superbe 😻, le logement est très bien équipée . Les extérieurs sont agréables et l environnement est paisible . Alexandra est une hôte très agréable et arrangeante. Nous conseillons ce lieu les yeux fermés

Un très bon séjour passé dans le logement magnifique de karolina , un accueil extraordinaire ( la meilleure tarte aux fruits nous attendait , des chocolats de Pâques pour les enfants, du vin) la literie est impeccable la cuisine très bien équipé, nous avons pu se réchauffer grâce a la cheminée très pratique et agréable. Karolina est une super hôte !!! Nous conseillons fortement cette location d’ailleurs nous y retournons en été car nous avons été frustré de ne pas profiter du beau jardin pour cause de mauvais temps.

4 voksne (2 par) bodde komfortabelt her. Et kjempeflott rekkehus på 1 etasje + hage med en fantastisk utsikt opp mot Le Citè! Hagen og terrassen var fullstendig skjermet med høye hekker, så den var super å sitte i og nyte utsikten. Behagelig gåavstand i svært vakre omgivelser til både Le Citè og Bastide. Ingen støy utenfra. Det var svært varmt i juni. 35-40 grader stort sett hver dag. Men god air-condition i huset, så behagelig inne-temperatur. 5 minutter å gå unna, kunne vi få oss et lite bad i Aude-elven. Ikke dypt nok til å svømme, men en rask nedkjøling var mulig. Men OBS: sterkt strøm, så barn bør ikke bade der. Rent og fint, lett å finne frem og god parkering. Både huset og parkeringen er større enn man kan få inntrykk av på bildene, så det var også svært positivt. Vi koste oss!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier! Das Haus ist ein echter Wohlfühlort – perfekt, um abzuschalten, sich wie zu Hause zu fühlen und neue Energie zu tanken. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und liegt in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Besonders begeistert waren wir von der hervorragend ausgestatteten Küche sowie den durchdachten Details bei Kleiderschrank und Bad – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Auch der Außenbereich ist wunderschön gestaltet: ein herrlicher Ort zum Entspannen mit großzügiger Terrasse und einem großen, gemeinschaftlich genutzten Pool, der sehr sauber ist. Toll fanden wir auch, dass Jan uns die Garage für unsere Motorräder zur Verfügung gestellt hat. Es gibt aber auch einen großen Parkplatz für Autos und Anhänger. Anne-Marie und Jan sind wunderbare Gastgeber – herzlich, hilfsbereit und voller guter Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants! Vielen Dank euch beiden! Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
