Modern Forest Unit A

Drive through the forest on a short gravel road and come to a surprisingly modern building. With high ceilings, lots of windows, a separate office (with fiber internet), large closet, and back porch with outside storage. With a pond to fish, feel like you are out in the country but only 8 miles to HEB (Supermarket) 7 miles to charming downtown Conroe. With restaurants, a Brewery a Meadery, lots of live music and many other activities. 17 miles has you eating dinner waterfront on Lake Conroe.

Centrally located in the Conroe Uptown District. This little gem is within walking distance to downtown business district and Conroe nightlife. Enjoy all Conroe has to offer including restaurants, live music, clothes boutiques and antique stores. Set in this older established neighborhood this unit has been completely renovated and includes a queen bed, leather sofa that is also a queen pull out, breakfast bar, designated work station, Keurig coffee maker, full kitchen and laundry area.
