The apartment is on the ground floor with an exclusive garden where you can also have lunch or dinner, a bedroom with direct access to the bathroom and garden, a kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed, and a large room for leisure. Podere Case di Ovello

Il podere interamente restaurato dista 3 km dal centro del paese di Brisighella ed è posto ad una altezza di 160 metri slm. Ovello è uno dei possedimenti più antichi della tenuta, ne faceva già parte nel '500 e proprio a quest'epoca risale la prima delle due case (casa Tamerice), mentre la seconda (casa Marruca) risale alla fine dell'800. Entrambe le case possono ospitare fino a 6 ospiti ciascuna, con un ampio giardino circostante, due patio esterni, parcheggio e piscina privata.
