Brand-new modern apartment in a traditional Portuguese neighborhood. It perfectly serves couples and single travelers appreciating a mix of bars, restaurants, the marina, and spectacular cliffs within short walking distance. In the wintertime, it is very calm and relaxing and you can enjoy the ocean sounds after an active day. In July and August, entertaining festivals, concerts, and attractions are being held. It is very amusing but might be disturbing if you are looking for serenity.

Classified as a national monument, this emblematic mill of Peniche had, since 1895 and for decades, agricultural and industrial use. Currently, completely renovated and known as “Abrigo do Moleiro,” it is a welcoming space for tourists from all over the world, providing unique memories to those who stay overnight. Start the day with a walk on the beach, witness the sun disappear into the ocean at sunset and fall asleep hearing the waves breaking just meters away. Here, you will be right on the beach. Just go down the stairs and enjoy a 3 km (1.9 miles) long white sandy beach. Renovated in March 2025, with an amazing bedroom facing the ocean and a brand new kitchen. By law this property is tax registered (AL). Stable fiber internet connection of 100mbps.

The apartment is a small attic with a nice patio with an ocean view. Please notice that as it is an attic there are areas in the apartment where te ceiling is very low. The apartment is at 300 meters distance from the beach and it's perfect for a small group or a small family. We have 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 small kitchen with living room and a nice patio with a table where you can make your own barbecue or simply enjoy the sun.
