Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Constitución, Buenos Aires

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

The house is in a quieter area of Palermo, but very close to all the restaurants. We were greeted by Inês, who kindly showed us the house. The house is faithful to the photos, very beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. Perfect for a couple and children! The heating made the house very warm for the cold days. We felt at home and we would definitely come back.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Loved the place. We spent almost two months in this Airbnb. The apartment is simply one of the best Airbnbs you can get in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, the area is very safe, and walking distance to centro, Puerto madero and many local spots. The apartment is very spacious (way more than what it looks in the pictures). The host was very kind and friendly but also we had all the privacy we wanted. Thanks Pablo!

Everything was spectacular.

Great location, steps away from theaters, restaurants, bars, coffee shops and the Subte. Super clean and with an incredible view to the obelisk. Could be a little noisy at heavy traffic hours.

Great location in San Telmo. The apartment is well decorated and the theater style lighting is neat. The owner was friendly and responsive, and made sure we were comfortable. Very nice shower as well!

Great location, great host!

Mauricio was a fantastic host. He was incredibly helpful, responsive and gave us a comprehensive list of activities, restaurants and locals top tips! The SUBE transport cards were really useful. The apartment had everything we needed and is in an area of San Telmo which is super accessible, has great transport links and is close to local cafés & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Paula’s place is a wonderful place to spend a great time at the heart of Buenos Aires. She was very nice and gave all the instructions and tips to enjoy as much as possible. The apartment is super comfortable, very well located and has everything a couple needs. The apartment is beautiful and was very clean.

The apartment is new and is in a very nice place in CABA. It has many restaurants nearby and the center is relatively close as well. I thought it was bigger in the photos.

We had a great stay. The location is excellent, close to the airport, bus stop, metro station, restaurants, markets and commerce in general. We also had the facility to get to know some sights on foot. The apartment was clean, and according to the photos of the listing. The building is very quiet, we can rest the night without any noise. The gatekeepers were very nice and the host was very attentive. Because it is winter, we need to use the hot water from the shower, it was under pressure. The host explained that because it is on the 13th floor, due to the height, the water does not reach the apartment with a lot of pressure. But we turned on the air conditioner to warm the room, so it wasn't a problem. The view and the cost benefit compensate!

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

I wish to appreciate Daniel, and all security staff specially Ezequiel at the front door, for the wonderful welcome they gave me arriving, at that moment I just knew that choosing Daniel's place was the right choice, the apartment itself is amazing, the view, every morning running the curtains was the perfect sight and sound to a peaceful inside garden even thus is in the heart of Buenos Aires, walking distance to beautiful squares and interesting places, beautiful cafes and restaurants, definitely will recommend it to family and friends if they visit Buenos Aires, and for me will always be my first choice every time I go. absolutely my favorite airbnb i’ve stayed at. i was here for a month and i did not want to leave. perfect location. had everything i needed. very responsive. i locked myself out at 2am and the host answered and figured it out within minutes. also a very nice cafe in the building is a plus.
