My family used to live in this house in the '60s. They moved just after I was born. Now that I own the place I decided to recreate what I remember from my childhood. Some of the furniture is original: the beds from the singles room, the dinner table, the sewing machine. I've also included some modern equipment: the mattresses, a SmarTV, an espresso machine. The house is in a neighborhood just a few minutes from downtown. However, it has an atmosphere from a Brazilian city from the '50s.

Brand new and well decorated

3 bedroom apartment, comfortable, brand new furniture. Very well located in a nice neighbourhood, 15 minutes to Mineirão, near restaurants, drugstore, bakery and market. Fully equipped, with Wi-Fi (700Mb). High quality cotton towels and count bed sheets are provided. Full kitchen, with pots, plates, glasses, cutlery. The double mattress was recently replaced by a new one, the sofa has been renovated.
