We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Our farm, Mocambo do Jacaré, is 4.5 km from São Francisco Xavier in the Santa Bárbara valley, forming 23,000 m² of green area with woods, orchards, many birds and a river with natural pools to cool off in the summer. In the house where we live, there is an apartment with separate access and a private area. It offers a combined bedroom with kitchen and a large bathroom. It has TV, lots of light and a reading chair with a view. Mocambo do Jacaré is this: A lot of views that are not to die for.
