Between Le Mans and Angers, the Domaine des Fontaines welcomes you to its "Le Cocon" cottage. Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Ce studio sympathique et moderne au 1er étage , refait entièrement à neuf, vous fera craquer . Comme on peut dire "petit mais mignon" , en effet c'est un studio d'une seule pièce aménagé d'un lit de 140x 190 avec une literie de bonne qualité. Nous avons optimisé au maximum l'espace. La Salle de bain et les toilettes sont séparés. Il est situé à 50 m d'une boulangerie , dans le centre ville de Chateau-Gontier. Possibilité de se garer facilement dans la rue gratuitement.

Quiet house.

Vous serez accueilli dans une Maison de 80 m² avec une pièce de vie de 35 m² avec poêle à bois et une cuisine ouverte. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner est à disposition ( plaque induction, micro-onde/four, Nespresso, cafetière classique et filtres). La salle de bain est composée d'une douche, d'une machine à laver, d'un plan vasque et de rangements. Elle dispose de 4 chambres accueillant jusqu'à 8 couchages. La maison dispose d'un toilette séparé de la salle de bain.

Agnès and Rémi, retired, welcome you to the outbuilding of their 14th century farmhouse. Recently restored with eco-friendly materials, located in the center of a landscaped plot of 2 hectares crossed by a stream, century-old trees, beehives. Great for a relaxing and bucolic stay. Close to the famous Mayenne towpath, between Coudray and Daon. Numerous hiking, biking and horseback riding trails nearby. Châteaux de la Loire are an hour's drive away.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.
