Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

I offer a mezzanine room with miller's ladder access, featuring a small storage area for clothes and a reading table. On the ground floor a shower with small vanity and toilet. A sofa, kitchenette with electric hob, fridge, some kitchen accessories for cooking, microwave and senseo coffee maker, tv with basic channels and wifi available. The accommodation is located close to the town center and twenty minutes from the gates of Angers.

A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As one can say "small but cute" , indeed it is a one-room studio equipped with a 140x 90 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery , in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Ability to park easily in the street for free.

The house consists of a 22 m2 living room with equipped kitchenette, living/sitting area, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Terrace overlooking the Sarthe - 22 m2 living room (140 x 190 sofa bed) - Bedroom N°1 of 8 m2 (2 single beds 90 x 190) - Bathroom with shower 5 m2 + toilet Dogs and cats are not allowed.

Our courtyard can house your bikes (we are near the Vélo Francette). This home is located near Saint-Rémi Church, Oisillière Park and the towpath: you can take beautiful walks! Bakery 200 m away.
