Holiday rentals with beach access in Contra Costa County

We were very happy at Hy's apartment for the week of our stay. Came to Port Richmond to visit our grandkids and our daughter. Impeccably clean with a well stocked kitchen, comfy bedroom and excellent shower (great water pressure). The flat has a nice private outdoor space just perfect for a coffee in the morning to start the day. Parking for one car is offered at the front of the house-- a luxury in the bay area. Hy was available throughout our stay through text, a wonderful host. We will be back! Claudio/Mark

I stayed for a full week, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as a water filter pitcher in the fridge, oil and vinegar in the cabinet, magnification mirror in the bathroom, throw blankets on the couch, and more. It was easy to get in and out of the unit, and I was surprised at how quiet it was on the street. I would stay here again for sure!

Very grateful I found this place, Michael was extremely responsive. The place had a really nice loft and bedroom. The location is perfect to walk around and explore Alameda, one of my favorite places in the Bay Area.

This was our 2nd time staying at Lili’s place. She was so kind to let us check in early so my husband could work remotely. The place is conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

Kyle is an amazing host. Friendly, reasonable and super prompt. It felt like he was right there with us. We definitely felt like this was a great place for us. Kyle was truly invested in us having a good experience and it showed in all our messages. The place has everything for a short and long term stay and is close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. Great spot overall!

The photos are accurate, keep in mind it’s an old building but it has everything you would need even for a long stay. The location is great, walking distance to the beach and restaurants are very close. I stayed a little longer than one month. Tina was very responsive and made changes as needed to make my stay more pleasant. Tina replaced the microwave with a new microwave and also provided a new thermostat. I would stay there again because Tina was easy to communicate with and helped improve my stay there. It’s a safe location and although it’s street parking, during the month I stayed I didn’t have trouble finding parking near by.

Alexis’ place was wonderful and he was a great host. Place as described and the neighborhood is wonderful. Would recommend this place to all potential guests.

want to say Thank you for a great experience on my first time renting on airbnb. The house was exactly as described and made our stay so much more enjoyable. Home was emaculent and in a quiet layer back neighborhood. Everything you could need for a comfortable stay was thought of and provided. I would definatly stay here again for my next visit to Benicia.

Very nice home! We really enjoyed the city and the walk to the beach was beautiful. Only surprise was the rooms were smaller than expected. In one of the rooms you kind of have to crawl on and off the bed because it almost touches the wall. In the same room the light didn’t work but it wasn’t too much of a problem because we only slept in there. I really enjoyed the abundance of towels and dishes in the house. The house was well furnished and kept. The central air only has a heat setting so when we first got into the house it took some time to cool off with the wall ac and portable fans. I also really appreciated how responsive the hosts were. They answered all of our questions swiftly and respectfully! Great stay!

My family stayed for 3 days visiting me and this place was perfect. Heather was so responsive and even answer my call immediately at 10pm when I was not able to find the place. Me and my had a good time there.

What a peaceful retreat and a wonderful host! We have stayed on Richmond Point several times while visiting our daughter at Cal and it never disappoints. The view from here is incredible! And Vivien’s place is just perfect. You have the entire lower level to yourself, with your own private deck literally on top of the Bay, with views of the city and both the Golden Gate and the Bay Bridge. It’s a great location to get to Cal, to S.F. or wine country. And Vivien is the perfect host—welcoming but not intrusive, and just simply delightful. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

We had wonderful time at Heather and Steven’s home. Both are just great host’s, very helpful and proactive, communication was just quick and great. The home was easy to find and everything was as described. The location is fantastic, short walks the grocery stores, Bart and nice cafes. We are locking forward to our next stay with Heather and Steve and can just highly recommend this location.

Sonny’s place was the ultimate Kid heaven, has everything you need to keep the kids and parents entertained! From arcades and pool table, to bikes, fishing poles and all the water toys! We brought our boat and enjoyed all the additional water toys included with the house! It was perfect for three families! Probably the cleanest most organized place we have ever rented! We all had an excellent weekend away to relax and spent time on the water!

This was the perfect place to host our family visiting from out of town. The space is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. We will definitely rent here when family comes to visit. Thank you Navin!

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was immaculately clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The location is also a huge plus—just two blocks from a beautiful park, perfect for a morning stroll or some fresh air. One thing to note is that this unit is on the third floor, which was fine for us but did come with some challenges. We have two small children, and it was difficult at times to keep them quiet for the tenants below. If you’re traveling with little ones, just be mindful that noise can carry. Also, the WiFi was not working during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient, but hopefully, that was just a temporary issue. Overall, a great stay in a well-kept space with a wonderful host. Would definitely recommend!

I read all the reviews online about Kimberly's place so I knew it would be nice. The large closet was awesome, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen. The only problem I had (I knew this ahead of time) was hearing the owner's kids above us. Most of the time, no problem and never at odd times. I did feel the parents were as courteous as possible for 2 small kids but it was hard to take a nap a couple of times. I am used to a single home so this may play into it. I still recommend their place but keep in mind, occasionally, you hear people upstairs as also written in other reviews.

Miriam’s Airbnb is large, beautifully decorated and well stocked. Each window has a beautiful view of different lovely trees blowing in the wind. The patio outside her bedroom is alluring. The location can’t be beat. There’s so much to do; walks at the marina, Fort Mason, fisherman’s wharf and Chestnut Street. So many wonderful restaurants to pick from. I look forward to my next visit.

What a wonderful stay I had at Mariam’s place. Can’t beat the location. It’s walkable to the water and all the great restaurants and shops on chestnut. The space is cozy, clean, and of the highest quality. Bed is an absolute dream, better than my own at home. The best part may be Mariam herself, whose friendly, positive, and helpful demeanor made me feel right at home.

Wade was a great host, the house is prettier and more spacious that you can appreciate in the pictures. The neighborhood was great, full of nice restaurants nearby, while being in a quiet and beautiful street.
