Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Converse

Excelente lugar, muy confortable, muy padre para caminar por el río, cerca de distintos puntos turísticos, ideal para conocer San Antonio, muy seguro, tuvimos una estadía espectacular, sin lugar a dudas volvemos.

Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar. Man ist in einer Minute am Riverwalk und an der Kirche. In weniger als 15 Minuten kann man dann noch mehr Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort vorstellen können. Wir hatten das Auto für etwa 3 Tage im Parkhaus stehen und haben keine 30 $ gezahlt. Das ist also auch vollkommen in Ordnung.

Our stay was so peaceful and pleasant! The homemade Greek cookies were the icing on the cake! Short drive to downtown, minimal street traffic and the cowboy tub was the perfect temp for an evening hangout! Will stay again!

We are SA residents, but our AC went out Friday night. We booked Tanner’s place for the weekend to escape the heat. We really enjoyed the walkable neighborhood and the pool.

Delores was an amazing host for my parents who are both in their 70’s. They enjoyed the location and all the near by restaurants. Per Delores’s recommendation they are at the near by Leche de Tigre a Peruvian restaurant and said it had some of the best ceviche they ever had! Delores was super responsive when messaged and couldn’t have done anything else to make this a pleasant stay. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in San Antonio looking for a great spot in a great neighborhood!

Nice spot. Easy to access, and convenient location. Austin was easy to communicate with, when I didn't have space on my phone to download the app. HE quickly related a minor maintenance issue to me and even made a nice compensation for it. I'll be back!

Every visit has been nothing but amazing. We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was very clean, comfortable and exactly as described each time we visited. Tish was very responsive and made the experience seamless. I highly recommend utilizing this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay while in the San Antonio/Converse area. We will defiantly book again.

Is in a great location in Schertz. Not walking distance to Randolph AFB but a very quick drive down the road. Stayed for a week. Has most everything you need since you’re provided with the amenities to wash towels and such. Just wish I had more coffee creamers haha.

Nyajuak was an amazing host! The house was absolutely beautiful—clean, stylish, and super comfortable. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. Her hospitality made the stay even better. I would 100% recommend staying at her place. 10/10 experience!

Jennifer and Troy’s place was actually our last resort at finding an Airbnb very last minute. Multiple Airbnb’s had canceled prior and I didn’t know what my friends and I were going to do. We had concert tickets and all of the things we pre-paid to do in San Antonio. I requested a visit with Jennifer and Troy and they were super flexible! I booked a day prior to our trip and the stay was amazing! They were so communicative, helpful and their Airbnb was so homey. My friends and I were so thankful that we got to stay at a place like this with such short notice. We would absolutely come back and stay here again!

This home was convenient for us as we visited with friends nearby for a wedding. We stayed six nights. Neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. House was just as listed. Good mattresses. We would stay again :)

our stay was great. There was more than enough space for our family of 7. We ran into a little of a problem when we lost power in the middle of the night during a bad storm and LaMissa responded quickly and called the power company and kept me updated with info. She was very accommodating and offered to cover breakfast and reimburse us for the inconvenience. We would definitely stay there again

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

Sarah and Aaron were amazing hosts. We had a last minute vacation snafu and had to find a place to stay in San Antonio asap. They responded quickly to my request to book and were super accommodating and friendly. Their place is so adorable- we felt right at home as soon as we arrived and loved our stay. Would most definitely stay there again!

Great place with fantastic location. River access + about a half mile from Schlitterbahn East

The condo was small and cozy. Was a cute little area. Perfect spot to get into the river to begin your float. And the pool and hot tub was perfect to get into after the sun goes down.

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

The place was nice and clean with clear instructions on how to get to the room, where to park, and how to get in. She reply’s in a timely manner and super friendly.
