Enjoy the forest views from the private balcony. The house is located on tree-laden land, close to Alligator creek, with hillside views and natural charm. Although Texas' oldest dance hall is only a five-minute drive and one right turn away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. It is a quick trip to downtown New Braunfels with features such as Schlitterbahn waterpark, tubing, antique and grocery stores, department stores, and a great selection of restaurants.
