Historic Conwy Valley Farm House Unique Views B&B

We offer two double bedrooms, one en suite, and one with a shower room. The first at £95 per night, the second at a further £90 per night. If there are two of you and you want separate rooms please be sure to secure the second room by booking as if you are THREE guests! Guests have their own sitting room. Breakfast is served in our farmhouse kitchen. Plas Uchaf has beautiful views overlooking the Conwy estuary, and the foothills of Snowdonia. Our house is not suitable for children under 8 yrs

Homely room in sight of the sea

Our house is a few minutes walk or drive from the beach at Old Colwyn. Also ideally situated 3 minutes drive off the A55 ( but no noise from it!). We live in the upper maisonette which means your room on the top floor has a sea view. There are so many things to do in this beautiful area of North Wales, from waterfalls in the rain, Bodnant gardens, RSPB reserve, sunning on the beach, to watching the sun go down over the Little Orme. The castles of Conwy, Bodelwyddan and Caernarfon close by car.

Enjoy easy access to flat Promenade, Rhos on Sea and cycle path, shops, cafes pubs and restaurants from this lovely place to stay. Great location just off J20 A55. Colwyn Bay station is a 15 min walk. Llandudno, walks for all abilities and beautiful beach. Snowdonia, Conwy, Anglesey and Betws-y-Coed are all an easy drive. There’s a zoo nearby and children’s play areas will be along the Prom and a new sandy beach from June. Just a 5 min walk away. Your Co-Host Julie is a Welsh speaker.

My home is close to stunning natural beauty (sea, national parkand mountains), unlimited activities (e.g. Zip Line, Conwy Castle) and local public transport options. You’ll love it here because of its cosy atmosphere, the gorgeous views across the bay, the high ceilings of the lovingly decorated rooms and the people - host as well as fellow guests. Ystafell Las (The Blue Room) is a lovely, light room, with a double bed and king size duvet, with large windows and a view of Y Gogarth (Great Orme). Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is a small en suite shower room. A self-serve continental breakfast is available in our dining room, directly below The Blue Room.
