In the heart of Llandudno, walking distance to two beaches and town. Stunning Snowdon mountains are only a few miles away with the many attractions of North Wales available within a short car ride. Train and bus amenities nearby. A variety of restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes walk, but not so close as to cause noise!

The Annex on our farm

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. The Annex is situated on our smallholding where we have mini donkeys, pygmy goats, chickens & runner ducks on the enclosed pond a few steps from your front door. With Llandudno a short drive away and National Trusts 'Bodnant Gardens' just down the road there is plenty to do for all tastes. The annex has one double bedroom & also a single sofa bed perfect for an extra adult or child, open plan living area/kitchen & a bathroom with shower.

Self contained guest suite in historic village

Our place is in the village of Rhuddlan near a 13th century church and castle, the River Clwyd, the Clwydian Hills, the beaches of Rhyl & Prestatyn, and the North Wales Expressway (A55). The peaceful, historic village has small local shops, tea rooms, pubs, restaurants and takeaways. The modern, ground floor annex is private, with its own front door, hall, bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and small kitchenette. It is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travellers.

Private Garden Annexe beautifully furnished

The Garden Room at Winthorpe is a non-smoking, pet free guest accommodation for two people. It has 2 separate entrances from the garden and large decking area to the side of the main house with ample off street parking on a private driveway making the whole accommodation completely private. The entire annexe has been completely refurbished for the 2021 season, with a new kitchen and bedroom furnishings of a luxurious standard. The bedroom enjoys distant sea views across the Bay of Colwyn.

Self contained riverside suite, Llanfairfechan

Riverside guest suite on the lower level of our 4 storey house in the heart of Llanfairfechan offering a double bedroom, dining / sitting room with en suite private bathroom and courtyard garden, tea/coffee making, flat screen TV, microwave, fridge, iron and home comforts including two seater sofa. There’s two general stores and takeaways a couple of minutes walk, the mainline railway station is a 10 minute stroll. Breakfast is cereal, toast, tea/coffee and a cooked light breakfast.

Private Guest Suite, Hot Tub (optn) & Sea Views

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. We provide Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge and a light breakfast. Sorry no Children. Car recommend

We are situated just 1.3 miles from Surf Snowdonia and within a short distance you can reach the Marin Bike Trail, Llanrwst, Betws y Coed, and Conwy Castle. Only 9.5 miles to the Coast. This unique place has a style all its own. The little annexe is in a residential area of kinmel bay/Towyn it’s fully self contained set in its own little garden and private entrance onto the street it has 1 bedroom with a small double bed open plan living room and full kitchen including washing machine full size cooker pots/pans ect shower room / toilet ( please note shower room sink cold water only )has a lovely peaceful little garden with seating area
