Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Conyers

If you are on the fence about renting a property from Avanna…Just do it! She is absolutely magnificent and you couldn’t ask for a better host. Sentral is such a great building with 1000 x’s more amenities than you will get at a hotel paying double the price.

Michelle's apartment was in the exact right place and had all the amenities we needed for a fabulous trip to see friends in Atlanta. She was so responsive to our requests and the location cannot be beat. We will return!

I had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. I especially appreciated the late check-out accommodation, which made my trip even smoother. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free experience!

Jonathan’s place is convenient, functional and well-stocked. I was recovering from surgery while I was there, and the first floor location and comfortable furnishings were just what I needed. Jonathan replied quickly to any questions. Would stay there again (although, next time preferably without the surgery!)

This was our first visit to Covington and staying at Sarah’s place made it even better. Nice quiet neighborhood close to the square. Perfect!! Extremely impressed and will return in the future!

Lorna and Willie were super nice people and Willie’s vegetable garden is worthy of a postcard, it took me back to a time when I use to help my grandparents in their garden. We will definitely stay there next year when we come back down. A special thanks to them for doing our laundry. The washing machine in the unit would not work and I told them about it on our way to the formula drift race and when we got back that night they took our clothes out of the washing machine and did them in their washing machine and folded them and put them back in our unit. Suck a blessing to have suck kind people in today’s world. I couldn’t thank them enough. Willie and Lorna you are the BEST!!!! God Bless and hope to see you next year. :)

Great place to stay. Loved the my modern feel of the apartment. Lots of places to shop and eat at nearby.

Everything was great, from the time I checked in to the time I checked out just perfect. Also the pictures does this place no justice, it’s even better in person for real highly recommend.

Our two family's of four fit perfectly in this beautiful home! The home was cozy and comfortable and there was always something for the kids to do. It was private and lovely getaway that was a perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of the big City but close enough that we could drive to our fun activities we had planned for each day. The owner's were very responsive to all communication and flexible to our requests. Around the home there were QR codes with short videos on how to use the technology and systems that were incredibly helpful. The small touches made our stay feel welcome and inviting. We would certainly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in the Atlanta vicinity!

Dom’s house was really nice. She was always responsive to answer questions and gave a guide for local resources! Would definitely reserve her house again if needed!

My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay at this beautiful home! The backyard was huge and the kids really enjoyed being able to play outside. The house felt like a home which was awesome to us! Our host was prompt with responding to any questions and concerns. Most definitely will be keeping this home on our wishlist for our next visit!

Definitely one of the most amazing places we have stayed at. Everything was labeled light wise on where it went to and if it needed to be kept up or not. The house was the cleanest we have ever stayed at. La'Metruis even had small tooth brushes and toothpaste out in the bathrooms for each person staying. The attention to detail was amazing and we will definitely rebook if we ever head that way again.

The house was everything as advertised-vacationed in the area with my husband, daughter and 6 year old grandson visiting Stone Mountain and Aquarium. Convenient location, though the neighborhood seemed a bit run down. The house itself was obviously upgraded and set up well, very neat and clean. The communication with the owner was appreciated. We enjoyed the space to be able to hang out together!

Michelle was an amazing host! The house was absolutely beautiful. Great location and felt right at home! We could have walked to the restaurants and bars if it wasn’t for the rainy weather. Michelle was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Apartment was cute and cozy. Smart TVs in all the rooms made sure we had entertainment at all times. All basic amenities were provided. I would have liked to see some some nut free coffee creamer options due to a nut allergy but I also did not ask for the specific accommodation. Also be mindful this is in a neighborhood and is someone's house. The occupants upstairs were loud with their footsteps past quiet hours. The patio was GORGEOUS and the beds were comfortable! It rained our stay so we couldn't enjoy the outside fire pit or patio. Overall it was a great stay for a friendsmas! definitely do recommend!

This was our second time renting from Darren which should tell a lot. Me and my family come to the Atlanta area often and will continue to rent from Darren if his home is available. The home is amazing and cozy as well as spacious. Overall experience was everything we wanted and needed. If you’re in the Atlanta area and looking to rent a home for your family Darren’s home is perfect and not far from the downtown area. Me and my family wasn’t ready to leave. Adrianas was very responsive and informative.I had problems finding the place and Adriana was understanding and helpful I love the fireplace in the living and the nice views of downtown Atlanta.Everything was just like in the pictures

Let me start this place was absolutely beautiful!! I have stayed in many bnb but Ive never been in one so setup I literally felt like I was at a relative guest house it was equipped with everything literally on down to deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrush in case you forgot your own. I traveled with my in-laws and they have knee problems she went as far as to send a a picture where they can access the apartment without the couple steps. While we were there we accidentally broke a couple dishes offered to pay she turned it saying accidents happens I forgot to mention the games, the snacks and a cabinet full of seasonings to cook. Oh yeah we was looking for something to do she has a notebook full food and activity places if you’re looking at this place don’t hesitate to book her response time was almost immediately every time

💯 ❤️ 👍 ☺️ 😎 No problems, very nice. "It's a suite lifestyle!" I loved Julian's condo. Clean, and stylish. Definitely, retro feel. Its downtown location was/is wicked cool, because, it was within 15 minutes walking distance from, the venue where the show I was in Atlanta to see was held. The local flavor is one, of a typical downtown setting of course, and one that Julian has no control over. I worried a bit, walking to the venue alone. But, relieved, that most everyone I encountered was pleasant, or helpful and kind. Or just, kept to themselves. I'll definitely contact Julian, again. If, I make plans to come, and stay in Atlanta in the future.

The location is great if you’re going to the aquarium and Coke. Adam had helpful recommendations for parking.

I really enjoyed my time here! First I was visiting a conference, which was perfect as the conference center was super close by. After that I enjoyed a few days off in Atlanta. In this case it was great that the place is close to public transport, some interesting locations (World of Coca Cola, Aquarium, College Football Hall of Fame etc.) and lots of places to get something to eat. The studio was clean and as described. Anjel was very reponsive and helped me out quickly when needed. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Prince was a great host. His penthouse was pristine, the view is AAAMAZING! Walking distance to several restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend, 10/10. Thanks for your attentiveness Prince!😊

it was great! we had everything we needed. it was close to Marta which was wayyyy cheaper than Uber to the Airport. Uber to the condo from the airport was almost $60. Marta was $7 for 2 people! we went to the GWCC for Momocon and it was about a 30 minute walk. But there were Lime and Bird bikes and scooters everywhere! We loved having a kitchen and a separate bedroom. My son enjoyed having the whole living area to himself and the husband and I took the bedroom. Bed was super comfortable! John was very good at communicating throughout our stay. lobby attendants were friendly and helpful. There is a liquor store, ice cream shop and mailing/package store attached to the building. Mail store was super helpful shipping souvenirs instead of traveling with them. oh and having a balcony that overlooked the city was a nice bonus. John was even gracious enough to extend our checkout so we didn't have to sit in the airport for hours! overall, very pleased and would stay again.
