We enjoyed our stay at Michelle's place! We were visiting our son who recently moved to Chicago, and it was just a few blocks away from his apartment. The Ukranian Village neighborhood in Chicago is very cool....neat architecture, very walkable, etc. We went to the Field Museum and also went to a Cubs game while we were there. Her place was just as described, very clean, and Michelle left many extras (snacks, filtered water, etc.) for us! Would recommend her place!

We had a lovely stay at Cinda Jo’s home. One note: Be careful if you are tall, as ceilings are low. Otherwise, the attention to detail, decor, full kitchen with nice appliances and host provided croissants were all over the top wonderful. The space was cozy and warm, and felt like home. When we left Cinda Jo wanted to make sure all went well and we had a nice chat before taking off to the airport. Recommend highly.

This is our second time staying at this listing. The location is perfect, close to portage park and several great restaurants. It’s the best night sleep I’ve ever gotten at an Airbnb - the bed is so soft and comfortable, and the bedroom is so quiet (which, as a garden level apartment I usually expect a little noise). This is just a really great place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Overall our experience was really positive. It was a lovely space in a really nice area. If, like us, you enjoy cooking in this kind of AirBnb we had a problem there was no hob or oven. There is a microwave and some other means of cooking which were unfamiliar to us. We could also have done with a few more utensils such as a cheese grater and colander. The air conditioning / air handling unit for the whole property is in the laundry room next to the living room and, in the evenings and during the night when it was active it was disconcertingly loud. Still, highly recommended.

Beth’s place was a great spot in a beautiful, peaceful Chicago neighborhood. The Logan square area was close by and easy to walk to. Beth gave us some great recommendations. The location is also walking distance to the brown line if you would like to get to the city! The garden apartment looks exactly like the photos and has everything you would need for a short/longer stay! I also liked the quiet street it was on, safe and FREE to park your car. Would love to come back!

Jamie was a really amazing host! She was friendly, helpful, caring and went over and beyond to make sure me and my kids were comfortable and had everything we need. Gave us lots of great recommendations to restaurants and as a first timer in Chicago she made sure I was aware of the traffic and other helpful information! My kids LOVE her she was vey nice, patient and gentle with them. Kid friendly house/area VERY quiet. The beds are the BEST after a long day of traveling very comfortable. The place was beautiful very nice decor and nicely maintained. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Chicago.

It's super clean and the host Frank was very responsive and helpful. The old house has a lot of charms. Highly recommend for people who want to stay in north area of Chicago.

We had such a wonderful stay at Felicia’s place! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care and attention she puts into hosting. Felicia was absolutely lovely, friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. The interior of the space was beautifully designed and clean. We felt at home here, highly recommend staying here.

My dog and I enjoyed our stay! Iris is very friendly and welcoming. My dog LOVED running around in the fenced in yard.

Alexis was a great host! The place was so cute and cozy and wasnt far from downtown (besides traffic ofc.) The street itself felt safe, but more of the surrounding areas felt a little more risky. Other than that I enjoyed it and highly recommend!

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend trip and Elizabeth's place was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was well-stocked and clean. Communication was also great as Elizabeth made sure that we had everything we needed. The neighborhood felt very safe, and the blue line was a quick walk away for easy access to downtown.

Kathleen was a great host. She gave us great information on restaurants and other activities we wanted to do. Her home was in a quiet location, but easily accessible to the bike path, shopping, restaurants and Indiana Dunes National Park. We really appreciated a space to leave our bikes. She was also quick to resolve an issue caused by a thunderstorm power failure. We would definitely stay here again.

Carissa was a wonderful host, friendly, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. She was even kind enough to hold my sister’s luggage after her flight was delayed, which we really appreciated. Absolutely everything was perfect! Noël was a fantastic host — super communicative both before and during our stay. The house has everything you could possibly need to feel at home: it’s incredibly comfortable, fully equipped with kitchen essentials, spacious and cozy, with a nearly professional-grade laundry room, and even a thoughtful welcome gift! The neighborhood also has plenty of great amenities to make your stay easy and enjoyable — from delicious restaurants and a top-notch supermarket to juice bars and more. At first, we thought the location might be a bit far from downtown Chicago, but the Pink Line (just a 5-minute walk away) is super efficient and gets you right into the heart of the city in no time. All in all, a flawless stay — we couldn’t have asked for more!

We had a great experience. Celia was very accommodating and communicated with us fast if we needed something. She even provided us with a list of fun activities and local restaurants that she could wholeheartedly recommend. The location is especially nice. It was really peaceful and quiet.

This was our second stay at Jennifer and Grant’s, and once again it was wonderful. Their home is quaint, cozy, and located in a beautiful neighborhood near Wheaton College. The rental is spacious, impeccably clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything that we needed to prepare our meals. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to return again soon. Carin was the sweetest and the apartment was the cutest! Not too much and not too little.

Enjoyed my stay for several days while attending a workshop. Kelly's place was exactly what I needed - bed was comfortable, room for my luggage in the bedroom, plenty of room in the living/dining/kitchen area, great shower, and everything I needed in the bathroom. I didn't need a car, as everything was within walking distance - groceries, a Target, and great restaurants. Their place is one block away from a bus line, and about a 10-minute walk to a subway station. Kelly was very responsive with my questions about airport transportation as well as an early check-in. Will definitely be looking at their place next time I am in Chicago.

My husband and I went to Glen Ellyn for a wedding celebration. Edin's property was very convenient to our plans. it was close enough for us to walk to most things. The inside was immaculate and very cute. The beds were very comfortable and the home was beautifully decorated. When we are back in the area we will definitely want to use this property again. thank you. Linda
