If your looking for a place to unwind from life, this home is where you need to stay! It has all the amenities that you will need and is close to several attractions when you want to play! Being in the area to visit with family it met all our expectations! But the best feature is the covered porch with a swing - you really won’t want to leave!

We chose this home to be close to a wedding reception and it turned out to be a perfect little getaway spot. The surroundings are picturesque and a long paved drive takes you to a welcoming home that features a carport to keep the car cool or perfect for unloading in the rain. The inside was very spacious with two private bedrooms with very comfortable beds and bedding . We were delighted that the kitchen was moderately stocked with spices, condiments, coffee, and snacks. There were waters, eggs, and a frozen pizza in the frig, along with easy breakfast options. We enjoyed the games available to play and we also grilled one evening and sat on the porch watching the sunset. There was a small Piggly Wiggly just down the road and we were able to find necessities as well as some local items at a good price. The hosts were excellent in communicating and we enjoyed reading the content of the manual they prepared. The hosts went above and beyond to make you feel at home.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin and surroundings are beautiful. We would certainly consider coming back. We want to thank Sandra for her hospitality and quick response to any questions.

Easy access off the highway, paved driveway with a carport . Restful retreat is a good name for this location. Very quiet. Plenty of room for a family with things for young children to do. You are 10 miles outside of town and the internet service will buffer every now and then. Blinds in the living room would help cut the glare in the afternoon while watching tv. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again in the future.

Great little spot in Sparta! Cynthia was timely and her place is charming--clean, uncluttered, and comfortable. Would recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Shawn’s cottage! It was beautiful, peaceful, had everything we needed and more. Shawn was so friendly and fun. The history of the cottage and the property is fascinating. We were able to easily explore the Fall Creek Falls area, Cumberland Mountain and Crossville from the cottage. If you get a chance, definitely visit this gem!

We decided to treat my son to a graduation trip and had an awesome time this week at this beautiful lake house! We wanted to stay on Center Hill Lake because my son and his friends love to kayak, fish and enjoy the boats at the marina. They were able to do all three. The pool table, ping-pong table and hot tub were a big plus. The basement/game room area was perfect for a group of kids because the door to the main floor separates them from the rest of the house so they can have fun and not worry about being too loud. The garage doors were so fun and allowed for fresh air each day while they played pool. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable which is a big plus for me. The views are amazing and the community is peaceful and quiet. The pool was perfect and the grill was just what we needed for burgers and steaks. Aaron was a great host! Super helpful and quick to respond. Book a trip soon! You will love it!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse! The surrounding land was absolutely stunning—peaceful, spacious, and perfect for exploring or just relaxing. There was more than enough room for our group of 4 adults and 4 kids. The house was incredibly comfortable, with cozy furniture and a welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The kids especially loved the swimming, and the adults appreciated all the thoughtful amenities provided. Everything we needed was there, and then some! It was the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern convenience. Highly recommend for families or groups looking for a relaxing, scenic getaway!

We were grateful for Jane allowing us to book the same day, on our road trip home. The bnb was clean and quiet, perfect for our quick stop. The country side is beautiful with lots of farms. Wish we had more time to explore. The drive from the highway was about 25 min, directions are easy.

The space is beautiful and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I was in town for graduation and the college was less than 10 minutes away. We had such a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, peaceful, and spotless—everything was just as pictured. We absolutely loved watching the cows roam around—it added such a charming and relaxing touch to the whole experience. The house was also well-equipped and super comfortable, and having a pool was a huge bonus, especially with the heat—it was perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. Grace was incredibly nice and very responsive to any questions we had, which made everything smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay there again.

Anita’s place was a beautiful and peaceful getaway! The view of the mountains was stunning, and we were lucky to catch some rain during our stay—it created a magical smoky effect between the mountains that made the scenery even more breathtaking. The cabin is very private and quiet, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

I personally enjoyed it ever everyone else that was with me did too. It was a very beautiful house. I love that it was music themed, and it was like old timey. I will definitely be coming back because of how beautiful and just how peaceful the house in the area is.

Perfect cabin, location, and host. It was a great weekend, thanks to Catharine. We enjoyed downtown, hiking, and local entertainment. The cabin was conveniently located to both hiking destinations and the adorable downtown district. We are already planning our next trip and will most certainly book these same accommodations. Highly recommend.

Oh gosh - where do I start?! I never wanted to leave. Carol is so kind and accommodating is so freaking sweet. I actually fell in love with her more than the place! The property is absolutely amazing and gorgeous and my dog, Red and I just loved it.😍 Inside is so clean, so cleanly, it’s cozy. It’s everything that you want in an Airbnb. This was definitely a home away from home and I will be back again!!!!

We loved our stay in the Tiny Shiny Retreat. My daughter wanted to going camping to celebrate her 5th birthday and was so excited about staying in the Tiny Shiny Retreat with bunk beds. The camper was decorated beautifully and felt like a special getaway. We went to Center Hill Lake, did some fishing and swimming, went to Burgess Falls State Park to hike, grilled out at the camp site, had s’mores, birthday cake, and just enjoyed being outside. My daughter said it was the, “best birthday ever!” Thank you for helping make her birthday special! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Weeacres was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect place for our family getaway. The space was surprisingly spacious—especially for an RV! It was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with toiletries, towels, condiments, and even spices for cooking, which made everything so convenient. The surrounding grounds were gorgeous, offering both fishing opportunities and a cozy spot for a bonfire. One of the highlights was the tiny cabin with two cots, which provided extra space and turned into a mini adventure for our preteens. We really appreciated this extra touch. What truly made our stay exceptional, though, was our host, Tonya. She was incredibly kind, communicative, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed and more. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We loved every minute of it!
