We live in the main house on the property but the space is private and we are usually away when we rent out the Airbnb. Walking distance from shops, cafes and restaurants and if your into riding bikes there are kms of path at your doorstep.

Whilst it is downstairs from the main residence it is completely separate with total privacy. Beachpad Yaroomba is very close to the beach and an easy drive to iconic Noosa to the north or Mooloolaba to the south.
