Oh, and did we mention the large private veranda out the back to sip on a cuppa and read the paper?

Our home is warm, welcoming, full of character, and a great place to enjoy a care-free and relaxed holiday. Aircon+Heating helps keep the house comfortable! Kids/dog friendly, 3 bedrooms, pool, lawns and a short 10min stroll to beach, restaurants, and shops. Our wraparound deck captures sunlight from dusk to dawn, and a nature reserve at the back provides peaceful views. Situated just three streets away from Coolum’s Main beach, which is dog friendly and patrolled by lifesavers, ensures that you can safely dip in the ocean or revel in the surf. You will not need a vehicle to enjoy your stay here in the heart of central Coolum !

Relax just metres from the beach in a bespoke, architectural house designed for relaxation, comfort and fun. Fully equipped with all luxury modern conveniences, and with the whole family in mind, you can relax by the pool, by the fire pit, in our outdoor bath, observatory deck, or slide down the double corkscrew slide, or simply enjoy the beach views from the deck. Please note this is a family house and not suitable for groups of 12 adults (maximum of 8 adults & 4 children).

Centrally located on a quiet street just 10 minutes walk to Coolum Beach is your coastal home away from home. A tropical Oasis set behind secure fences offering indoor/outdoor living and plenty of space for your family and pets (Up to two well-trained dogs are welcome). Year round swimming in the private heated pool fully offset by solar. Note: Pool is maintained at approximately 28 degrees from April to October and heater is not used/needed in the Summer months.

One bedroom guest suite with aircon, located close to the very best Coolum has to offer. Walking distance to main beach as well as the most beautiful bays. Shops, great cafe's and restaurants are 2 minute drive. Noosa is 30 minutes. Private entry with small yard and secure off street parking. WIFI and netflix.The bed is king sized and comfortable. The kitchenette has bar fridge, kettle and toaster. Only organic and eco-friendly cleaning products used.

The verandah is a relaxing spot to enjoy the view. This idyllic home features a soaring vaulted wooden ceiling creating a feeling of space.
