House holiday rentals in Coon Rapids

This is our 2nd time at Harmala’s place. Comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Harmala responded quickly when one of the remote controls to the tv needed batteries. The pool was perfect as usual. There was a van and blue car that came by daily to work in the field and tend to the chickens but they did not interfere with our stay at all. I would highly recommend this place and look forward to our next trip here.

Peaceful neighborhood, some noise heard from where host lives upstairs (just FYI in case this would be a factor for guests). Hospitable host with local recommendations. He informed us that the last guests had an accident with the ping pong table so that was not available but we enjoyed the pool table & hot tub. He also informed us that the pizza oven takes about 3 hrs to prep & 2 bundles of wood & is best for bulk pizza making. The master suite has a beautiful view of the backyard with water features. The o redhead fairy lights outside are a plus in the evening. Overall, a positive experience with Eric. I frequent Airbnb’s and would recommend this one.

My wife and I loved staying at this beautiful house!! The house was extremely nice, the pool was incredible, and patio was very relaxing. The house was also perfectly clean and had a great ambience and decor. We thought the hosts were great and they did an amazing job making sure we enjoyed every aspect of our trip. We would highly recommend staying there!!

It was cold one night and my kids wanted to have a swim after dark. Samantha's husband came over and turned the heat up on the pool to make sure we could have a swim and create some great memories. Samantha was extremely responsive and flexible with check-in time. Everything was clean and beautiful. They also had nice sound bars and subwoofers on both televisions to make movies on the big TVs that much better. My kids raved about how nice the house was and how much fun they were having. We stayed at the pool house for a bachelor party and it did not disappoint! Being in early April we wanted to find a unique air bnb with something to do for 12 guys and we all had a blast swimming and throwing the football around. There are a lot of amenities, floatees, board game, tennis court with rackets etc. and the host was very thoughtful in setting this up. The kitchen was very nice and well appointed, the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, and we had no issues at all. I would highly recommend this place to any group getaway!

The house was exactly like the pictures. The host was responsive and helpful from start to finish. My group really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! It was a perfect place for a getaway!! Would definitely recommend!

The home was perfect for our group. It’s in a convenient location. The driveway was big enough to fit the 5 pickup trucks we had. It was nicely decorated and clean. The games, pool, and park nearby kept us busy. Everything was labeled and organized in the kitchen. There was a first aid kit which came in handy for a bandaid when a kiddo got an owie. The deck is super spacious for a large group. Jared & Amy were great to work with. One of the kids forgot a doll and they offered to ship it to us. That was very kind of them and very much appreciated. We would stay here again.

The house has some spacious rooms, a nice kitchen, and a comfortable living room. I loved the decorations and the rugs felt soft and clean! my family and I loved the basement, it had lots of room for my kids to run around safely.

Enjoyed our stay here! Place was clean, welcoming and exactly as advertised. We liked the neighborhood. Close to great restaurants and very close to a park if you’re traveling with a kid. Would happily stay here again!

This home was easy to find and access. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces! The snacks and games were a big hit. The ease of checkout was greatly appreciated. Our host was very welcoming and responsive.

This home in Andover met all our needs and more. I discovered more nooks and crannies the last night. Granted, those areas weren't for sleeping, I just love a home with lots of space. I tend to travel with most of my kitchen gadgets, including spices and cooking utensils. Can't carry those on flight, right? This home had everything that I would normally need. The home accommodated my large family group of 16. We had extra guests come over to visit, and even then, we weren't tripping over each other. Let me tell you about the host, Beccah. Didn't get a chance to meet her, but it felt like I did. She was beyond responsive and kind 😇. I could see the smile in her responses. It doesn't matter how nice a home is or not, the host's attitude can set the tone for the entire stay. I felt at ease knowing that I could depend on her responsiveness. I appreciated that very much. We didn't have any issues, but just having a responsive host made a difference. I would stay again. Thank you, Beccah♥️

We had a wonderful stay at Colleen Louise's place and felt like home. Pack your bags and everything you need is there for you. The pack n play and high chair were great for us as we were traveling with an 8 month old. Colleen Louise was very responsive and was an amazing host! Would definitely stay again when in town visiting family.

We had a great stay! The place was beautiful, clean, and very spacious which is perfect for relaxing! The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe, which we really appreciated. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and such a nice bonus! The only downside was that it’s a bit of a drive from downtown Minneapolis, but if you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, it’s worth it.

We live here for 7 days. Beautiful new house with new furniture. Great host. Good location. I recommend this comfortable, cozy house to everyone. We really liked it.

The posting says it’s their private residence and it’s a beautiful home. It is that, a beautiful home and it showed like a private art gallery. The home does have a long-term renter, but there was no interaction with him whatsoever. We heard him once or twice, but never saw him. The location is great for anything you’re going to do in coon Rapids or Andover and there are miles and miles of walking paths for anyone who wants to walk, which we do. All in all it was a good stay and I appreciate the flexibility of the owner to get us in on short notice so thanks, Tom and Rachel.

We had a great experience together as a family here and the best part was ease of booking and instructions Jonathan gave us. We were able to wash clothes sleep comfortably and finish our 7 day Minnesota/Wisconsin Dells trip in peace and comfort. The living room feels so homey and the weather made the experience 10x better. We definitely recommend spending time here, every bit of the stay was worth it! Thanks Jonathan!

I would definitely stay at Jonathon and Michelle's house again. The place was perfect. Lots of cool 90's decor and absolutely spotless. We enjoyed watching a movie from the 90's in which we had not see since then. Their garden was beautiful and peaceful. If we could do it over again we would have spent some time outside in the garden. Time did not allow it this trip. Thank you Jonathon and Michelle.

George is keeping in touch with you when ever you need something. The house is remodeled to the modern style with almost everything up to date furnitures. It's super clean and fresh. The host got the place well prepared for us to enjoy the stay. Love it and Thank you George !

The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. We needed to engage the host to adjust the thermostat a few times and they responded quickly. Overall a very comfortable stay and would book again.

A fantastic and seamless stay! Such a cozy, well-maintained, and comfortable space. Check-in was super easy with clear instructions, as well as check out. Brittany was an awesome and super responsive communicator. She was very thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed, and in how the space is already prepared. Such a plus that it was pet friendly too! Highly recommend to anyone traveling through the area or need a longer stay!

Our stay here was great! I was attending school in Hopkins at The Atelier Academy of Beauty and this place was perfect for what we needed. Very kid friendly, host was very helpful, accommodating, and responsive.

Abigail's home was great for my parents' recent stay! They loved having the space afforded by a whole house - places to individually spread out, cook meals, and relax. A nice, quiet neighborhood with lots of things worth walking too. There was even laundry! Abigail was communicative, kind and helpful throughout and made everything easy.
