We stayed at the property from 03 May 2025 to 05 May 2025 The property has stunning views from the deck along the living room. It is an absolute delight to wake up in the mornings and observe the early morning sun, the morning views of the mountains and the chirping of the birds with a cup of tea. The property is accessible by car, and the host provided very clear directions to reach the property The caretaker at the property was super helpful and cooked some delicious food for us. She lived in a different part of the same property, hence there were no privacy concerns. The entire property is very clean. The bedsheets, the toilets, the kitchen and all the kitchenware were very neat and clean I have no hesitation in recommending the property to future guests

I had a wonderful stay at alpinia with my parents, brother and extended family. rupali was super responsive and yogita was constantly in touch throughout the stay. the villa itself is quite exquisite with old antique furniture which you had hardly get to see or use anymore. the local caretakers were responsive and helped us with all our queries. highly recommended if you want a quiet place slightly away from the hustle and bustle and still feel connected.

We recently stayed at Serenity Homestay in Kotagiri, and it truly lives up to its name. Surrounded by tea estates and vegetable farms, it's a peaceful escape from the hustle of Ooty and Coonoor. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures — clean, spacious, and cozy, with enough room for families and plenty of open space for kids and pets to play safely within the secure lawn. Mr. Murali, the host, was warm, cheerful, and always ready to help with local tips or anything we needed. He lives nearby and made us feel right at home throughout our stay. The caretaker and cook, Priya, was equally wonderful — she prepared delicious South Indian meals and was always ready to assist us. She even set up a cozy campfire one evening, which made our trip even more memorable. With reliable Wi-Fi, two TVs, and thoughtful touches around the home, Serenity offers a perfect mix of comfort and nature. This has been one of our best Airbnb stays, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kotagiri.

Each morning, I woke to vibrant sunrises, enjoying chai on the balcony while taking in the fresh mountain air. The standout was the exceptional hospitality of our host, Mubashir, whose warm welcome, thoughtful gestures, and valuable local tips enriched our experience. The accommodations were immaculate, blending comfort and charm, and Mubashir’s evening campfire and barbecue under the stars was unforgettable. From exploring nearby attractions like Ooty Lake and the Botanical Gardens to relaxing at the retreat, every moment was memorable. This hilltop haven is perfect for couples, families, or anyone seeking peace and natural beauty. Mubashir’s care and attention made it a truly special stay. Entire villa with 3 spacious bed rooms and a huge hall cum dining. Care taker couple, Bala and Shanthi were great with very tasty food. TV with wifi and parking space makes it value for money. Few minor drawbacks are - need a car as away from centre of ooty and no good public transport, Room heater is available only on rent and no power backup. Overall excellent holiday villa for family.

My stay at Sunridge Homestay, hosted by Ram and his wife, was wonderful. The property is surrounded by lush greenery with stunning hill views, offering a serene escape. The location is peaceful yet close to Kotagiri’s main attractions, and Ram’s helpful tips made exploring the area easy. It was a wonderful place for a big family holiday. William made sure all our needs were seen to and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The cook (Mahendran) was very accommodating and all of them were very kind and polite to work with. The road leading up to the house was a bit tricky but this could have been worse because of the monsoon rains. We were well supplied with everything we needed and had a great, enjoyable stay at Green Bungalow. Thank you for hosting us.

Hands down the best AirBnB that I have stayed in India. Every detail is so tastefully done that it accentuates the natural beauty that surrounds this place. No picture can do justice to the beauty of this location. Situated equidistant to both Conoor and Ooty, this place is ideal who want to cover both places in a span of 3-4 days. To top it all up, Simple is an extremely gracious and kind host. She provided us with all instructions and recommendations the moment we made the booking. She also helped us get in touch with a very nice driver who helped us in getting to the location from Coimbatore and local sightseeing. We were visiting to celebrate our Anniversary and she went above and beyond to arrange the best tasting cake for us despite all hassles. All in all, this Ooty & Conoor experience wouldn't have been 10% of what it was had it not been for Simple, Rakesh, and her staff. 11/10 and highly recommend. Cheers, M

Brookview is a beautiful, peaceful estate surrounded by pepper and jackfruit trees, with a brook flowing right in front. The setting is serene and perfect for a nature-filled getaway. Francis and his team were warm and thoughtful—he even peeled jackfruits for us when he saw how much we enjoyed them! It rained throughout our stay, and the brook rose quite a bit—something to be cautious about during the monsoon. The team was responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. We did face a couple of nights where the backup generator wasn’t working, but they promptly provided emergency lamps and looked into the issue. The last 1.5 km stretch to the property is a narrow road—Francis helped us navigate it, but it could be tricky if another car comes from the opposite direction. Despite this, the overall experience was memorable, and we truly appreciated the hospitality and beauty of the place.

Nice view, very accommodating host - Little bit hassle in reaching the place because of gravel road but that journey is worth !!
