We really appreciated the attention to all of the small details. The kitchen is stocked with coffee made whatever way you please. The pantry has a variety of snacks and tasty teas. From every type of bowl, cup, and silverware to towels and toiletries in the bathroom, we had everything we needed and then some. As a bonus, there were crab nets in the garage for crabbing at the laguna. The pier and the property are quaint. Our kids loved the pool, which provided a nice break from the beach. Parking and unloading was super easy. The beds and furniture were all very comfortable. The next time we're in Rockport, this will be our go-to spot to stay. The hosts are wonderful!

Great stay! We had our dog and 2 little ones with us and it was a perfect stay. They allowed us to have early check in and it was the perfect little get away for our family.

Our stay was very quiet and peaceful - just what we were looking for. The water is in a short walking distance and you'll likely find yourself down at the water for much of the time, as we did. To drive to downtown Rockport, it's about a 12-minute drive. Not too bad.

Beautiful home with unique quarters for an amazing stay. The covered pool was great to swim and cool off in when it was the hottest point in the day. Plenty of space for family get togethers with a grill to have a nice cookout. Would definitely recommend booking this home for your next coastal vacation!

We booked for a long weekend with two pets. There was plenty of space for our family and we all enjoyed the pool. Keith was responsive and checked in on us. Check in and check out were a breeze with no long list of chores to complete at checkout. Perfect spot, convenient stores close for forgotten items. Beautiful yard and pool. Highly recommend!

Family get-away was a sucess. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had two families staying. We were very pleased with how clean and comfortable this place was. It it was in a quiet and private area. My kids enjoyed the pool. My husband and son enjoyed the pier being close, they went fishing. Pet friendly, we were able to take our fur baby last minute. Washer and dryer are a plus, especially for my sister in-law that had 4 littles, definitely helped us too. Very pleased with Leslie, she responded to my questions immediately. I highly recommend.

Host (Josh) was very quick to send out a pool guy to clean the pool when we got there. He sent his pool guy out within the hour after we notified him that the pool was “a little cloudy”. This was really the only issue we had while staying there. Everything is centrally located and the home itself is kept in “Pristine” condition! We would definitely recommend this rental home for a small family.

This is a great home to get away from it all! It has great wifi. Its very quiet and peaceful. You can walk around the neighborhood freely with hardly any traffic to worry about. Martha and her husband are beyond nice and actively help make your stay everything you want it to be! The house has everything you could possibly need to live there. I highly recommend this place!

great place, very spacious, restrooms looked amazing, pool was clean. wifi was great, what else can I say. we enjoyed the place and will rent again. tvs were all smart and easy to log into all the apps.

We had a fantastic stay! The home was clean, cozy, and just as described. The beds were comfortable — we usually wake up with backaches, but we slept great every night here. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were also accommodating with our request for an early check-in and late check-out, which made our trip so much easier. The boat parking was another big bonus and super convenient. Overall, a great experience — we’d definitely stay again and highly recommend this place!

LOVED this place - the neighborhood is so peaceful & the canal view is beautiful. We had everything we needed at the house and really spent most of our time in Rockport just hanging out at the Airbnb. Perfect place for fishing and relaxation, especially if you’re wanting to bring your pups along. Would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the location and the cottage. You can see the water from the front porch and the breeze off the water was wonderful. The cottage was clean and the decoration was tasteful. We didn't do a lot of cooking at the cottage but we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and accommodating for us and our pet, including water/food bowls specifically for the dog. Messages from Melissa were timely and easy to follow. Checking in and out was a breeze and I would highly recommend the Spoonbill for anyone wanting to stay close enough to Port Aransas for things to do but also enjoy a quiet, peaceful setting.

As someone who visits Rockport annually, Debys place is the place to stay. The host was 10/10 with responsiveness and so helpful. I love that the pictures of the sleep areas were exactly as described as we were 3 families staying together. The fishing dock was a hit and Deby gave excellent bait tips and a recommendation on where to get it from. We had 3 kids with us and the main mission was to get them on fish and they sure did. There’s an outdoor shower and a deck that makes fishing SO easy with two fish cleaning stations with water hoses, rod holders, pier lights and benches. We even took the kayaks out and enjoyed sunsets from them. The parking was great for 3 cars and the neighborhood was quiet. The home felt comfortable and was as depicted in photos. Check in and check out instructions were simple and didn’t ask for much. Looking forward to booking Debys place again in the future.

We stayed with two other families and our teenage kids. This house was perfect for our group, and had everything we needed for a fun and seamless trip. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was sparkling clean, and since it rained the first day, Matt offered to heat it for us so we’d be comfortable swimming that night. All the activities, games, pool floats, etc were provided and within easy reach. The Sonic ice machine was wonderful for making drinks, and packing ice chests. Matt was prompt and helpful with communication, and offered helpful tips, recommendations, and suggestions. We had an amazing time here, and will be back!

We had a little couples getaway to Karina’s place and were so happy with our choice! The home is beautiful and beachy! The location is peaceful and only a few minutes drive to the beach. Everything was clean and we were incredibly comfortable! 10/10 would definitely stay here again.

If I were going to set up an Airbnb, it would like and fell like this one.

The house was even better than in the pictures. It was extremely clean and smelled fresh. There was nothing that you could want. Lindsay thought of absolutely everything… from the coffee bar, cold water, lots of welcome goodies, laundry detergent, everything you’d use in the bathroom including new tooth brushes if you forgot yours, and even ear plugs in the bedside stand if you need them to sleep. There was every type of charger you could use, a blue tooth speaker, lots of family games to pass those rainy days. I loved how new and organized everything in the kitchen was. I can’t say enough about Lindsay’s home and how nice and accommodating she was. If you get a chance to stay there, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful home and location. It was exactly what we needed. We had to buy some items that weren’t in stock as described like oil, salt, pepper. There also wasn’t enough dish soap and hand soap. Other than that we loved it and would stay again!

Every year, my family gets together for a fishing and beach trip; this was the first year we decided to try Rockport and this was the perfect place! We were close enough to restaurants, shops and groceries while still feeling like we had privacy and beautiful surroundings. Beth went above and beyond to make our stay great-even sending bakeware after I had made an inquiry about muffin pans! There were minor issues (like the pool waterfall going off or a broken fishing light) but Beth was always quick with responses and solutions so we never wanted for anything! I would highly recommend this listing and this stay! We enjoyed the pool, the kitchens and space to the maximum potential!

This is a great place to stay!! My husband and I de use to getaway from the city at the very last minute during the weekend and we lived the whole experience of feeling right at home while at the beach!! Thank you Chris!

I can not say enough good things about this home. The location was close enough to so many activities, yet just the right distance away to enjoy the peace of the area and the ocean in view. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe as neighbors waved as the they frequently walked. The home itself is beautiful and set up great. We were able to enjoy family time not only around the pool, but in the multiple seating areas outside, as well as meals around the dining table inside. The home was extremely clean and anything we needed was always available upon arrival. Millie and David communicated quickly and were very helpful throughout the duration of the stay. We will recommend this home to anyone, and hope to return to it soon!
