There is one queen bed in one room and one twin bed in other room so 3 people can comfortably sleep with their privacy. The place is 6 min close to LIRR by car. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

Everything I needed for my visit to Long Island! Elvia's place was super clean and comfortable, the linens were especially fresh and soft! I loved spending time on the patio, the yard was perfectly manicured, peaceful and private. Elvia was very friendly! Highly recommend!

Place was cute… looked just like pics and had a private entrance through gate which was nice. Quiet neighborhood overall except one night there was a loud party down the block. Bathroom was very small but got the job done. Nice and clean.

Very comfortable stay. I was weary it might be too loud being next to the highway but I never heard a peep all night, probably because it’s tucked back a bit. Would recommend if you need a place to stay for a day or two

Overall the place was excellent! There were spots that were a little dusty and dirty but overall the place felt clean. The downstairs tenants are a little loud at night but that wasn’t a big deal at all. The place is located very close to the train station which was excellent and Julio was very responsive when we needed anything! My friends and I recommend staying here!

Fabio’s place stands out and is superior to many of the Airbnbs I’ve stayed in because of the spaciousness and uncluttered. I stayed in a small room temporarily until the room with the adjoining bathroom became available. The small room is very airy with a big window facing the street. Has its own tv and everything was clean and inviting. The neighborhood is nice. I will return when I’m doing another renovation in my house. The host is very kind and responds very quickly.
