Well, first, myself: I lived here—in The Hickory House, today a top 1% Airbnb, too, before I joined my parents down the block. Second, however, I created this home for you: The guest on a budget (fuck cleaning fees) with plans in Denton's best neighborhood. I love my home. A lot. And I think you will, too. at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

Nice and cozy retreat that sleeps 2-4 people located in the beautiful city of Denton TX. The cozy pad is very clean with a rustic vibe that opens up to a beautiful pool / hot tub backyard oasis. Perfect for a couples getaway or simply a night away from the everyday world. Owner lives on site in the main house that is separate from retreat. Pool is vary rarely shared when I’m home. For $40 more per day we can make sure the pool is private for your romantic getaway!!

Short distance from DFW airport. Shopping centers close by Lifetime club is less than 10 minutes away. Nature trails nearby too, though you will not need that because the home is surrounded by hundreds of trees. No hassle of parking.

We had a truly wonderful stay, and I can't say enough great things about Sharon. From the moment we arrived, Sharon made us feel welcome and at home. What really stood out was how caring and attentive she was, especially with my kids, as it’s not every day you come across a host who goes the extra mile to make sure the little ones are comfortable and happy. The space was clean, safe, and peaceful. Sharon genuinely cared about our experience, and that made all the difference. We’re so grateful for her hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. I highly recommend her place for families!

My daughter and I were traveling and popped in at the last minute. Super comfortable, shower was incredible, everything needed. Sweet breakfast the next morning that was perfect!! Thank you for giving two weary travelers a GREAT stop. Since our stay was so short did not get to use any other amenities. House is very cute and if we had time the pool would have been awesome. Thank you for our stay.

Katrina is an Absolutely Amazing Host. I really felt at home staying with her. The home and local area is quiet and safe that I was able to work remotely very comfortably. Neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful to walk in the mornings and evenings. Location is perfect: close to the airport, Dallas. And if you don’t have a car, stores and restaurants are just a walk away. I highly recommend her place and hospitality! I would definitely stay here again.
