Half-timbered house located 10 minutes from the A13 and 19 km from Deauville, Trouville, Cabourg and Houlgate. The house was renovated in 2020 and can accommodate up to 8 people. It has three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, one bedroom with four beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made. The house is connected to Orange fiber. You will be contacted by Julie who will share with you the most beautiful sites to discover in Normandy and good recommendations. We'll be delighted to welcome you.

Je vous propose cette maison de type normand d'environ 130 m² avec magnifique séjour cathédrale sur un terrain de 7500m2 à la campagne. Vous y trouverez Calme et verdure. La maison est située près de Pont L'évêque - et de la plage de son magnifique lac - à moins d'une demie heure de la côte fleurie ( Cabourg, Villers, Deauville/Trouville, Honfleur ). Bayeux et les plages du débarquement sont à moins d'une heure. La maison est très bien équipée. Nous offrons un service complet :

You will enjoy a family country house, renovated in 2020, on a 2‑hectare property where a few sheep and horses live. A typical Norman home, the house is very bright and opens onto the garden. Donkeys and Apples

This old Norman press, located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge in a charming village, was completely rebuilt in 2023 with careful attention to keeping the beautiful original materials. It now offers a very comfortable house with 3 bedrooms and each with its own bathroom, a living room, open kitchen, a large outdoor terrace. You will share your stay with our donkeys Carotte and Paquine who are in the meadow just below. Two teleworking desks are installed.

Fontaine Poulain Wine Press

At the gates of Deauville and Honfleur (20 min), former 18th century wine press on the heights of a valley of the Pays d'Auge, quiet in a cul-de-sac. Rated 4 stars, the eco-friendly cottage is located in the middle of nature with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Pays d'Auge valley, located between Pont l'Evêque and Lisieux. Close to many tourist and gastronomic sites as well as the beaches of the Côte Fleurie and the landing beaches.

In the heart of the Pays d'Auge, you can have a fully renovated old half-timbered press and a boiler room and its garden. Another house that is part of the property (not rented and not occupied during your stay) makes up this set. Ideally located 10 minutes from Pont l'Evêque where you will find all the necessary shops and a few km from Deauville/Trouville/Houlgate/Cabourg/Honfleur. Lots of charm in a green and quiet setting.
