Angelo, Teresa and Leda are great, easy going and friendly hosts who have a beautiful modern guesthouse which sits 100 m away from a beach. The house is a jewel in the area. We had a great stay and hope we come back one day. Grazie mile!

There was outdoor and indoor grill possibility too (there was few exhaust air in the kitchen)

We spent four perfect nights there, the villa is very well equipped, everything is functional, two internet one for the top one for the bottom. The kitchen was also well equipped and made it easy to make meals. The location for the car is a plus it's spacious, it's clean. It feels safe. The outdoor patio is covered which allows it to be used even when the temperature is dull. We met others when we left, they were coming from a trip outside of the country, they are extremely friendly people and who communicate in an extraordinary way. Communicating in English is no problem for David and Lucia is doing very well as well. The TV is a Smart TV. It's an ideal anchor for visiting the surrounding area. We are experienced Canadian travelers, we recommend the place unreservedly.

Great place! Very charming villa with all the amenities. Very close to shops, with a view of the sea, with a beautiful garden and dogs on the property make you see life in it :)! We had a very pleasant stay with Mrs. Daniela and if the opportunity arises, we would like to live in a similar area. A short walk to the charming town center of Giovinazzo is only 15 minutes on foot, which is unique! As for the equipment in the Villa, everything is as described and very suitable for people who want to prepare meals on their own and spend time in various ways. Giovinazzo itself is a great starting point for other cities in the region such as Bari, Trani or Polignano a Mare. In particular, it will appeal to people who value the peace and charm of smaller Italian towns, and that is what we wanted. The hosts have always been helpful and have prepared the place of our rest with the utmost care so that we feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

Cozy, fresh villa (excellent patio for lunches and dinners), in a residential area suitable for those looking for tranquility. Excellent cleanliness, more than complete equipment (including equipment for the sea). Fenced garden, excellent for the dog, for those who want to leave it at home. Elisabetta, whom we thank, very kind, prepared, always available for needs.

Filippo was an excellent host. He collected us at the airport, for a fee of €20. The house was as described in the photographs, spacious and airy and very clean. A car would have been an advantage as the local shop was a 20 minute walk and the local train station also a 20 minute walk. We visited Matera, we took the route 33 local bus ( 200 m walk), to the airport and got a bus from the airport to Matera. Trani is well worth a visit on the train. We had a very nice local meal in Cocianas Ristopub which is a short walk from the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Bari Palese and would highly recommend a stay in Filippo‘s Villa.

We enjoyed our stay. The place is a small semi-detached house on a private street. The sea is roughly 5 minute walk, but the nearest beach is a bit too rough for swimming. There is another beach about 15 minutes away (5 mins by car). The house was clean and nice, surrounded by trees, and has a lovely outdoor seating area. There is a fantastic pizzeria (Pulcinella) 5 mins walkable distance. There are mosquito nets in all of the windows, which was very helpful. There was a loud party in one of the nearby houses until about midnight on Friday night. We didn't mind, but take this into account if looking for something quiet. The sound insulation to the neighbors is also not the strongest, but again not a big deal for us. Overall we would recommend this place.

Way beyond all expectations! Wonderful villa, lots of privacy, comfortable spaces and beds for a group of eight, pool and outdoor spaces perfect for a relaxing vacation with friends! Hosts who are very kind, caring, attentive to every detail and very helpful! We will definitely be back!

Villa is in a great location with a breathtaking view, you can see all of trani and the sea. Everything around the villa looks very beautiful, garden, olive trees, palms, very relaxing. Definitely recommend to stay here.

We thought this was the best Airbnb we have stayed at! The photos do not do it enough justice - it was/is wonderful. Our host, Giovanni, was always very friendly, helpful and responsive.

It was an amazing stay. Ippazio is a very kind and accommodating host. The complex, pool and mowing to the sea invite you to relax. I highly recommend buying Focaccia from "Da Luciano - La Fonte Del Pane". If you can live with a shared bathroom, I highly recommend it.

You will find with Giovanni an excellent welcome, great kindness and great generosity in a very pleasant estate and a setting, surrounded by olive trees, enchanting. Exemplary cleanliness, a very pleasant swimming pool and a very pleasant large space. The location is great because it's a good distance from all the places you have to see in Puglia. Frankly a place to recommend without restrictions and hosts who benefit from being known

I had a lovely time. The room and the bed were comfortable. Bathroom was completely okay. There is a kettle in the shared area and a refrigerator. Swimming pool is large and nice to swim in. Location is nice. Close to the sea. Restaurants and supermarket nearby. Train station is nearby (not many trains depart per hour). Nice harbor nearby. Ippazio is a nice host; friendly and helpful. He also responds quickly to messages. In short, it was a fantastic weekend.

Manuela is a great host. She gives you the old fashioned AirBnB experience, and it really feels like you’re invited to her home. She was extremely helpful and made our stay worthwhile even when the weather was not in our favour. She gave us great tips, offered lots of help and was just really lovely. The place is really charming and the area truly beautiful. Thank you very much!
