Notre appartement indépendant de 50m2 est situé au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison. Cet espace confortable comprend une cuisine ouverte sur le salon, entièrement équipée pour vos besoins culinaires. Dans la chambre, vous trouverez un grand lit confortable de 180x200 cm, qui peut également être divisé en deux lits de 90x200 cm selon vos préférences. La literie Emma a été entièrement renouvelée en mars 2025 avec des matelas hybrides Emma 2, classés n°1 des meilleurs matelas en France en 2024.

The accommodation is located on the ground floor in a detached house in a very quiet area. The small town of Seyssel is at the intersection of the departments of Ain, Haute-Savoie and Savoie, 45 minutes from Annecy and 1 hour from Geneva and Chambéry. The house is 500 m from the Chemin de Compostelle and Via Rhona. The house is 200 m from a leisure center (swimming, water sports) and at the foot of Grand Colombier (1534 m). Shops nearby (less than 3 km). Train station 1.5 km away.

This accommodation has a resolutely unique style. It is a charming stone house. It is composed of a kitchen, a dining room bathed in light. A staircase leads to a 1st mezzanine serving a toilet, bathroom and a sleeping area with a 160 bed. Another staircase takes you to the living room equipped with a sofa bed (high-end) and TV. A final staircase guides you to a cute attic bedroom composed of 2 single beds for 2 children (the beds can be brought together to make a queen size)

Located in the hamlet of Ballon overlooking the city, it offers you calm and comfort for your stays of 2 nights minimum.
