The house and its outbuildings are quiet and surrounded by greenery. 3 km from the village of Cordelle, 6 km from the Château de la Roche, 2 km from the Cordelle rowing base and 10 km from the Pêt d'Ane (Dancé). Walks suggested from the house. House completely renovated in 2019, the work was done with respect for the old building and with an ecological concern: natural insulation, lime, earth plaster. This accommodation, called "La Maison Rose" by the people of Roanne, is located in the heart of the historic center of Roanne: one of the oldest buildings in our city. These "old houses" with wooden panels were built in the middle of the 15th century. Neighboring the tourist office, one of the most beautiful buildings in Roanne, it has been very recently renovated. It combines charm and elegance with neat and warm decor: you will quickly feel "at home".
