It is composed of an outdoor courtyard: closed and secure, a laundry room with a washing machine, a dryer and a toilet, an equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge with small freezer, a microwave), a dining room, a living room with a large sofa and a TV. 4 large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet. The Oustal is located in a beautiful village at the gates of the park of the volcanoes of Auvergne and 20 minutes from Clermont Ferrand. The accommodation is adjacent to our family home but it has independent and autonomous access.
