Perfect holiday experience. The house is unique , Victor is a great hoster with knowledge and respect to his visitors. The house is fully equipment and offers the opportunity for feeling comfortable. The cost and the quality are in great balance . I suggest you to choose this villa for your next vacation.

What a great place, with a fantastic view. Got to see the sunrise while laying in bed but also could black out the whole room to seep late. Spotless, very clean, and plenty of space. The pool was great, with a 3m deep end it was fun for everyone. We had no issues with any noises and the neighbours were quiet as well. Parked right next to the door to the house it was great. Definitely would recommend this place for big families!!

Nous avons adoré séjourner à la villa Pepy, tout était parfait, la maison est splendide, extrêmement bien entretenu et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaire. Nous avons beaucoup profité du jardin et de la piscine, le coin est très paisible et nous avons pu bien nous reposer. La maison est proche de Lavrio et permet de se rendre facilement au restaurant. L’accueil de Pepy et Natassa est très agréable, nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis bien accueillis. Merci pour ce merveilleux séjour!

We had a wonderful stay! The view was absolutely breathtaking, especially from the pool area, which quickly became our favorite spot. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made cooking easy and enjoyable. It also catered perfectly to our baby’s needs. The host and their team were incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. In the evenings, stargazing from the terrace was magical, adding to the peaceful ambiance. A perfect getaway for families or anyone looking for relaxation in a stunning setting!

Absolutely beautiful home. Breathtaking. The pictures, although lovely, do not do this place justice, it is amazing. Don't think twice, just book it! So much space for my 2 boys to move around, and the pook and hot tub were great, along with the views! Cant say enough about this home, I look forward to returning. Host was super accomodating and gave great recommendations. 10/10

What a lovely villa south of Athens. Alexander and Helena have a truly special home. The views are beautiful and the setting extremely peaceful. You will need a rental car if you choose to stay here, but it is worth it if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. Athens is not far, Sounion is about 30 minutes, and Lavrio about 15 minutes. There are many beaches nearby, and many markets to purchase food and other goods. As others noted, there is a short dirt road to access the villa. It is not a problem. If we ever return to the area, I would absolutely stay again.

Casa fantastica, in posizione bellissima. L'appartamento è dotato di tutte le comodità e perfettamente attrezzato per ogni attività. Alexia è stata un host attento e premuroso. La strada per arrivare alla casa è un po' difficile, ma per chi visita Kea, isola tranquilla e selvatica, le strade difficili sono una costante! ;-)

Der Blick von der Terrasse aus ist magisch. Die Lage des Hauses ist bezaubernd. Es ist gut erreichbar und man kann sehr gut parken. Nymphodora und Zoe haben uns herzlich empfangen, sogar mit kleinen Gastgeschenken. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Im Haus war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben. Die Einrichtung ist sehr liebevoll und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Kea ist eine wunderbare Insel. Wir haben einige Wanderungen unternommen auf alten Eselpfaden, auch den Fußmarsch zur der archäologischen Ausgrabungsstätte Karthaia (sehr früh laufen und viel Wasser mitnehmen - der Weg ist ausgesetzt, ohne Schatten und steil). Es gibt schöne Badebuchten und nirgends war viel los. Tipp: ein SUV ist von Vorteil angesichts der teilweise nicht befestigen Straßen. Wir haben uns total in das Haus verliebt, hatten eine traumhafte Zeit und kommen wieder!

L’appartamento, il contesto e il mare accessibile dalla casa ci hanno regalato una pace ed una bellezza che ha superato le aspettative. Tutto quello che poteva servirci era lì. La signora Zeta inoltre ci ha coccolato preparandoci spesso da mangiare piatti buonissimi. Abbiamo lasciato a malincuore l’appartamento dopo 10 giorni di pace, con la promessa di tornare.

We fully enjoyed our stay in Fotomari! The home was full of “Greek” charm! In particular, the views were breathtaking! We very much appreciated the pet-friendly policy! Our host was kind, responsive and helpful!

Περάσαμε υπέροχα ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Ο Γεράσιμος είναι πολύ φιλικός οικοδεσπότης και η επικοινωνία μας ήτανε άψογη!

Ενώ ήταν όλα υπέροχα , δεν θα συστήναμε το σημείο σε ανθρώπους που δεν έχουν τζιπ & έχουν μικρά παιδιά . Υπάρχουν 2 δρόμοι οι οποίοι είναι χωματόδρομοι . Ο ένας επικίνδυνος , στενός με ογκώδεις πέτρες ο άλλος ελαφρός πιο στρωμένος αλλα τον συστήνουμε λόγω του ότι είναι πιο φαρδύς έστω. Πάντως το σπίτι κ η θεα του ήταν υπέροχη .

From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt simply wonderful - welcoming, heartwarming, beautiful and perfectly designed for our family. The house came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free for the entire family. The location was spectacular and provided us with an exceptional experience that we'll treasure forever. In addition, Katie's warm welcoming and Nick's responsiveness elevated our arrival. Thank you! This was one of our best vacations, and we're excited about the possibility of returning in the future!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment! After booking, recieving a guide to the local area with all the information you'd need made by Gabe and clear instructions on how to get in (which were easy to follow). The apartment itself was definitely worth the money being very spacious and containing all you'd need (Plenty of kitchen utensils (salt, pepper, oil), soaps in the bathroom, games cupboard, spare towels and sheets). The location of the apartment was ideal with there being a bakery, convince shop and beach under a 5 min walk away! Overall more than happy with our stay in a beautiful, peaceful place 😌 Would definitely recommend! Thanks Gabe 😀

Amazing place in Kea to spend a few days on the island. The view from its terrace is incredible! Highly recommended , we’ll come back soon! :)

Very nice and cozy place on Kea

een absolute aanrader voor wie houdt van rust en privacy, een schitterende plek met een magistraal uitzicht over de baai. Naast luieren en zwemmen bij de villa, kan je zeker ook leuke plekjes en restaurantjes bezoeken. Als je een beetje getraind bent, kan je jezelf wagen aan de oude uitgestippelde wandelpaden die je naar prachtige uitkijkplekjes en afgeleden strandjes brengen. De gastheer Nikos is steeds bereikbaar en geeft ook allerlei nuttige tips. Kortom : alles voor een Topvakantie !

Cette maison est vraiment un lieu parfait pour passer des vacances paisibles. La terrasse et la piscine sont extrêmement agréables, on ne se lasse pas de la vue, et des couchés de soleil! La maison est grande et très bien équipée, tout a vraiment été parfait, je recommande!!

Panos, le mari d'Oksana nous a accueilli et il était disponible pour des questions ou autres tout le long. Le complexe se situe a Pasha Bay, pas loin de la centralité de Lavrio et à quelques pas de la plage. Une voiture permet de visiter la région, se rendre aux tabernes et de faire les plus belles plages du coin, des vélos pourraient aussi faire l'affaire mais la route principale ne permet pas de rouler avec des enfants. La piscine est ouverte de 10 à 13h et de 17h30 à 20h ce qui est assez courant en Grèce (le monde s'arrête le temps de la sieste, mais il se peut que quelques voisins fans du jardinage ne s'arrêtent pas). La maison correspond très bien aux photos et à la description, rien ne manque et tout fonctionne. La terrasse profite du parfum des fleurs et de la vue su l'Egée. On conseille vivement!

La maison a une superbe vue , les abords et la piscine sont très agréables , la maison est très bien équipée , la climatisation fonctionne très bien. A noter qu'une des 3 chambres est en sous-sol avec une très petite ouverture , et la 2eme chambre est de petite surface. Enfin l'accès se fait par une piste non goudronnée plutôt mauvaise . L'accueil de Sofia est excellent et nous a fait découvrir quelques spécialités de l'île qui étaient délicieuses.

The villa was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view. The kitchen had almost everything we needed (but no toaster and microwave, no pantry other than the fridge). We had the shared pool all to ourselves because no one was staying in the villa next to ours. A car is definitely needed to get around, as the distance to restaurants, grocery and beaches is too far by foot. The sunsets from the terrasse were spectacular. Georgio was very prompt in his responses when we had questions. We would definitely recommend staying in this villa!

Incredible villa, exactly as the photos show. Maria and Mona were great and made the experience so easy and comfortable. The villa is an excellent size, fully equipped with everything you could need (cooking, laundry etc) and very tastefully decorated. The views are amazing and the outdoor space is truly unique - tons of covered and uncovered outdoor space, a good sized pool, multiple seating areas, and an outdoor kitchen. The only minor downside is the gravel road to get there which is about 6mins of driving (not a problem). Great local suggestions and overall an extremely positive experience, would highly recommend.
