Quiet Little House on the Beach

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Levanda Apartment

The "Levanda" apartment is a cozy, modern and comfortable flat in the center of the city. It is 51 square meters and consists of 1 bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It also has a large balcony 40m2 where you can enjoy your coffee and dinner. Our location is ideal for everything the guest wishes and needs. The beach is a 10 minute walk and within 100m you can find shops, restaurants and cafeterias.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.

The apartment is located in the center of the city. Very close there are many coffee shops on the pedestrian street of the city ,where you can eat, drink or coffee or just walk and gaze at the shops. The beach is 5 minutes walk to enjoy your bathroom.
